Updated and comfortable. Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac street. 20 minutes to the airport, 25 minutes to Ft Stewart or HAAF, 30 minutes to Historic Savannah, 45 minutes to Tybee.
House has everything you need to be comfortable. Very close to restaurants and grocery stores. Tastefully decorated to make it relaxing. High speed internet through out and 500 vintage game arcade machine in the game room.
Huge fenced back yard. Pets are welcome with additional fees.

The cleanliness was top-notch. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. The host’s communication was excellent; they were responsive, clear, and very helpful from booking to checkout. For the price, we felt it was a great value considering the comfort and amenities provided. The location was also super convenient, close to everything we needed and easy to find. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Clean and comfortable

The house is exactly as described and very clean. There wasn’t any dust not even on the ceiling fans, which was a huge plus for mine and my kid’s allergies. My kids were in the game room pretty much the whole time. It was great to have something for them to do while my husband and I watched tv. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. Only one small negative would be the twin beds squeaked a little. All the amenities we needed were here-shampoo/conditioner, soap, coffee, even laundry detergent. We had one small issue with the lock when we arrived and Mark was very quick to respond and help us. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Great stay!

It was a very nice and clean property. I brought my 2 dogs and the fenced yard was great for them! The host was awesome and responded quickly to any questions I had. I would definitely stay again!

As advertised-in the best ways

Loved staying in this clean, quiet house. Plenty of tvs (even an arcade Pac-Man game!). Large fenced backyard. Just minutes from ev charging. I hope to stay again. Definitely a preferred stay.

Great stay, great location.

This property was just as the previous renters had described it! Very clean, located in a quiet neighborhood, excellent communication with the owner. The rental was very well stocked with items in the kitchen that you would need for your stay. Would definitely stay here again! The location was close to restaurants, walking path, grocery store etc! Fun game room to boot!

Excellent Property

Mark was a great host! The property is a very convenient location and very, very clean!!! The neighborhood is very quiet too! I have stayed at many & this is tops with cleanliness! I was military so my standards are very high when it comes to cleanliness! My fur babies loved the yard too! I will be returning & staying at Mark’s property again!

Super clean and convenient

We really enjoyed Mark’s place which was spotless with fresh linens and a super comfy bed. Kitchen had all we needed to prepare dinner and breakfast with coffee provided ! It was really fun to play nostalgic video games on the big screen arcade game and the back yard was huge for our lab to run around ! Highly recommend! Easy to find off I95, really convenient

Fantastic AND Convenient

Owner was highly communicative and friendly, as well as very quick responses. The place was clean and well stocked. Also the home is located in a good spot in town! Not only felt super safe and homey, but was situated close to shopping, restaurants AND close to Savannah

Great choice for our Savannah trip

We had a great time staying here for our Savannah trip. The house is in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from I-95 and US-17, so it was easy to get into Savannah. Everything was clean and well maintained. The living room and all the bedrooms have ceiling fans and TVs. The appliances are relatively new and in good condition. Plenty of hot water. The AC (and heat) works well. The king size bed is very comfortable. Check-in was easy. We really appreciated the fenced back yard for our dogs. And the owner answered our questions within minutes. All in all, we made a great decision to stay here. Thanks!

Great home!

Home was just as listed. We loved having the space for our almost 2 year old to play. The fenced back yard was great! We didn’t cook at the house since it was such a short trip but the kitchen seemed pretty well stocked. It was so nice to have soaps and paper products as well as linens. Makes for a much easier weekend getaway! Mark was very nice and responsive to us. We hope to come back and stay longer next time!

The house was immaculate, the location was centrally located, the host was very accommodating. The only downside was it rained all weekend, however the house was so cozy that staying in was very refreshing.
