Four bedrooms with AC, ceiling fans & SMART Ultra High Definition 4K TVs: A master suite with a
King bed + Master Bathroom, 2 guest rooms with Queen beds, and a fourth bedroom with two twin
beds.
All beds are fitted with premium mattresses, high quality pillows, and extra blankets for
ultimate comfort.

Spacious living, dinning & b’fast area, with AC and ceiling fans, & Ultra High Definition 4K TV
Ultra-high-speed, 1GB fiber optic Internet, TVs that can be repurposed as monitors and color printer
for emergency printing and long-term home office use.
Fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances and all cooking and serving essentials.
Laundry area in the garage with a washer and dryer and clothes rack.
Ping Pong Table, beach essentials such as chairs, towels, and boogie boards, selection of family
games for some family fun.
Parking for up to 2 vehicles in the driveway. Please note, street parking is not permitted.
Please respect quiet hours between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am, to maintain the serenity of our
residential community. We do not allow parties, events, or large gatherings.
Self-check-in via a smart lock, and a separate lockbox provided for emergency access.
Access to the entire house and private backyard.
The leeward side of the island boasts of the best weather on Oahu with beautiful beaches for surfing,
swimming, and snorkeling throughout the year. Numerous hiking trails in the area are also sure to
delight any outdoor enthusiast.

Makaha Beach - surfing contests in the winter and year-round surfing and boogie boarding

Pililaau Army Recreation Center has a restaurant and bar with live music every weekend and
breathtaking sunsets.
Waianae Boat Harbor for scuba diving, deep sea fishing or dolphin excursion
Makaha Valley Country Club for golfing at the entrance to our community
Shopping: Pharmacies, banks, convenience stores and local grocery stores are right at the entrance
to the valley. Kapolei, which is 14 miles away has a Costco, Target, shopping malls and many eateries.
A rental car is recommended for convenient and timely travel. Try out local bar food, Thai, Korean,
Hawaiian, and even Central American food, right in Waianae.

Ali’i Beach Rentals is a full-service professional vacation rental company. We have our own in-
house maintenance, cleaning team, and professional property managers available by phone 24/7 in
case of emergencies.
