Wonderful location in a beautiful home! All the beds were super comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. Communication with Jordan was very easy. He even supplied a crockpot that we requested. We want to return and rent this place again.

Perfect for our family of eight adults! Plenty of space to spread out while having a great kitchen to gather and an awesome dining table to accommodate everyone in comfort. Hot tub view over the Sound is spectacular. Easy access to water for a paddle or beach combing depending on tide. Jordan is a great communicator and quick to respond with answers should you have one. Second stay there but not our last!

Great space for families or a girls weekend. Good amenities in the house and very updated appliances. Although the one photo showing all of the items that could be taken into the ocean was not accurate. There were a handful of older boats and canoes, beside the garage spaces. We did not feel comfortable taking any of those into the ocean with our kids.

Hello, I am so sorry you could not find the kayaks and yard toys. They are in the right garage bay, we sent the garage door code in the welcoming note. The ones on the side of the garage are old, and I would not recommend taking those out.

Great stay overall at this Gig Harbor property. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, with a great location and everything we needed for a relaxing visit. Sauna was surprisingly hot as well as hot tube. Communication was smooth and check-in was easy. The only minor improvement would be providing shampoo and shower gel in the bathrooms. Otherwise, everything was excellent and we would definitely stay here again!

Quiet peaceful location. Thoroughly enjoyed using kayaks and hot tub. Friendly seal visited often. Will definitely return when visiting Tacoma

This was the best vrbo we have stayed in by far. Jordan was a perfect host! The home had so many special touches. I would definitely recommend this home to friends and family. It was clean, comfortable and perfect waterfront location with a beautiful view.

This was a dream-come-true family rental for us! Our group of 7 loved the expansive views from the house, deck, & yard and getting out on the water with the kayaks & paddleboard. The hot tub and sauna were big hits and we enjoyed using the fire ring down by the waterfront to make smores and gaze at the stars. We really appreciated having the fire wood available! The house has been masterfully renovated with push-button blinds, modern bathrooms with bidet toilets, & an awesome two-sided gas fire place. A home with 4 comfortable king beds is rare! We appreciated being able to do laundry & loved the huge family table!We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen was beautifully stocked with dishes, pans, lots of cooking utensils, and great appliances. We did most of our shopping in the local Safeways or IGA but we did buy shrimp from the Purdy Boys roadside stand near the spit.Preparing meals with views across the bay was a real treat. Thank you, too, Jordan, for providing a hand mixer for my cookie & cake baking!There is a nice little yard for youngsters to play and a rocky beach to explore at low tide for shells and cool rocks. We saw a bald eagle and were expecially priveledged to see a small gray whale on two separate days rising and spouting in the bay! This home provided our family so many great memories. Check in/out was easy and Jordan is quick to communicate for any questions or concerns. We will remember this vacation with awesome family memoriesT

This home was immaculate! Everything was clean and worked perfectly. And that view is just breathtaking. The differences in low tide and high tide make you feel like your on a small lake one minute and then the ocean in the next. 3 kayaks are available to use and we took them out almost everyday. We also saw seals multiple times a day playing out in the water and ever jumping up on the dock. The pictures do not do this property justice. We can not thank you enough for sharing your home with our family. We had the best vacation ever and hope to be back again :)
