Private Pool, Covered Patio | 4 Blocks to Beach | Bourbon Breeze by AvantStay

Spa like bathrooms make the trip; it's a detail we love to hear! We're thrilled everything was spotless and in top shape, and we'd be delighted to have you back.

Thank you! Three generations with that downstairs ensuite giving the right dose of privacy, that's a layout working for everyone. Beach days with a pool to come home to seals it. We'd love to host the family again!

It's the little things that often make the biggest difference, so we're glad the small touches stood out. We aim for the home to be exactly what guests expect when they arrive, and it's great to hear it delivered on that. Thank you for the kind words about the house and the location. We would love to welcome you back anytime.

Hi, Bill! We're so glad to hear that you had a fantastic stay at Bourbon Breeze! It's awesome to know that the house lived up to your expectations and that you enjoyed its beauty. Sorry about the fridge filter, we'll make sure it gets replaced ASAP. Thanks a bunch for choosing our property, we appreciate it!

We're glad the beds, the downstairs space, and the pool helped balance out a rough start, and we appreciate your patience through that first night especially. We're sorry the arrival and those early issues didn't reflect the level of care we aim to provide. Since your stay, a full maintenance and deep-cleaning visit has addressed the items you raised throughout the home, including the kitchen and master bath, and the electrical and access concerns have been verified as resolved. We're glad our team was able to work with you directly on making this right. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention, and should you consider staying with us again, we'd welcome the chance to deliver a smooth stay from the first code entry.

Thank you Kathy! We're so glad you had a wonderful time at Bourbon Breeze! We look forward to hosting you again soon!

Hi Sonya, thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the location, the pool area, and that the layout worked well for your family, especially having a quieter space for your parents downstairs. We appreciate your notes about the TV and WiFi issues, and we're sorry they weren't fully resolved during your stay despite our efforts. We'll also take a closer look at the kitchenware and appliances to ensure everything is more guest-friendly going forward. Your suggestions are super helpful for future guests, and we're happy to hear that overall you had a lovely time with us!

So glad you had an awesome stay. Yes, the pool gets cleaned at least twice a week and sometimes more when there are large parties since sunscreen, sand and a lot of bodily fluids can get in the pool and change the color and balance of it. So glad it all worked out for you and you received a really nice extra perk due to the color of the lagoon look pool. We strive to always provide a 5 star stay for ALL of our guests, including you of course. We've never had anyone say anything about the pool but we were so happy to help you and your family enjoy a great stay and get some extra perks for no cost. We do not replace propane for guests unless it's requested just as we do not provide charcoal and lighter fluid for the charcoal grill, but again, we were happy to do whatever it would take to keep a guest happy and well served. We appreciate your patience and understanding in providing the best service possible to all of our guests with the best expectations.

Thank you for the awesome 5 star review! Glad you all enjoyed Bourbon Breeze and we welcome you back next time!
