Summary:
Welcome to our beautiful lake house- Sunrise Shores! Our lakefront homes offers 4 bedrooms and 3 baths providing plenty of room for guests. This remodeled home is great for a family get together or to share with friends. Enjoy having your own private dock for fishing and swimming, a large fire pit for evening s’mores, and a shady backyard that slopes gently right into the water with only two steps up onto the private dock. The house is 5 minutes from the nearest boat ramp and marina.

Other Things to Note:
đŸ”č Some amenities, such as a Pack 'n Play, are available upon request. Please let us know in advance if you need them!

Great kitchen except coffee craft does not fit the Keurig coffee maker. Plenty of supplies. But the best thing of all is the view of the lake and the dock where my grandchildren could fish we enjoyed our stay very much.

Beautiful view! Neighborhood was quiet and clean. Great setup with the deck and fire pit. Everything was great with the exception of the coffee maker. The Carafe and coffee maker did not match, so it was a struggle to get the coffee.

This was the perfect place for two families of friends. Ample space, the home was clean and had a great layout. Very easy check in and the private dock was a definite plus! If we go back to the area we will stay here again!

Very functional house. Good grill and stove with decent storage and good amount of on hand kitchen items. Lovely scenery and plenty of outside furniture and great fire pit.Only negative is that driveway was a little difficult at times getting out of.

Beautiful view. The house was very clean and nicely laid out. You couldn’t ask for a better host and love the fast communication. The deck was huge and the dock was great for fishing. Which also was good. The neighbors were nice and it was a lovely neighborhood. Highly recommend this property.

Property was accurate to listing, perfect for a group and plenty of shared space. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms all clean. Kitchen has everything you need to cook meals and gather together. Pleased with my stay!

Great place !!!

Our family of 12 had a wonderful time in this home. Plenty of room and loved the back deck! The dock was great for the boat, fishing and swimming! Would recommend it for sure!

We enjoyed our trip. We mostly enjoyed the deck, it is partially covered with an outside tv where we able to watch sports.

Plenty of space, but plenty of mice.

The fire pit was good to use. 3 days of fishing, never caught a thing. weird. At 8PM until dawn, the mice ran around making noise and keeping people creeped out. One slid off of my pillow the first night. I didn't sleep more than 4 hours combined for both nights.The driveway was awesome for trailering side by sides to visit the recreational area of OHV's.Hopefully the mice are gone by the time you go here. If not, do NOT leave out dry food. container everything.

Very nice house!

The house was great! Clean, well stocked, plenty of comfortable seating and very comfortable beds. The kids had so much fun on the tree swing and swimming off the dock. The owner was very helpful answering any questions I had. We would definitely stay here again

Great views

Great views and lots of room for a big family with 4 bedrooms plus a game room. Only negative was the water pressure in the master shower, but wasn’t a big deal to us. Would definitely go back.

Perfect for families!

We have an annual family get together here in Kentucky, and this was the perfect house for us. Lots of space both inside and outside. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked. The house is close to the marina. We all voted to try to reserve this house for next year!
