OM GREYSTONE LODGE

Greystone Lodge ligger vid basen av Blackcomb Mountain bredvid NEW 10 Person Blackcomb Gondola och Magic Chair-liftar. Ett boutique-stil lägenhetskomplex med endast 50 enheter gör Greystone Lodge till en av de mindre semesterorterna i Benchlands-kvarteret i Whistler. De fyrtio fotfönstren i de loftiga enheterna ger Greystone Lodge sitt fantastiska utseende för förbipasserande och bra utsikt över bergen för gäster som upptar dem.

GREYSTONE LODGE

För avkoppling och bekvämlighet g��ster Greystone Lodge hittar en uppdaterad utomhus uppvärmd pool och nya stora badtunna tillsammans med en inomhus badtunna, duschar och gemensamma tvättstugor. Det finns en myntstyrd tvättstuga i byggnaden samt en varuautomat för snabba mellanmål. Unikt till Greystone Lodge är gratis underjordisk parkering, något svårt att komma i Whistler. Gästerna bör varnas att underjordisk parkering har en total höjdgräns på 6 fot 8 tum. Stora SUV med skidhållare passar kanske inte i tunnelbanan och det finns mycket begränsad parkeringshöjd vid lodgen.

Lokala bekvämligheter

Inom ett mycket kort gångavstånd hittar gästerna skidskola, skid- och snowboarduthyrning, cykeluthyrning, restauranger, en spritbutik, en liten mataffär och olika butiker. Promenaden till Whistler Village tar ca 7-10 minuter till fots, men en bybuss kommer varje 7 minuter på vintern och var 15: e minut under de andra månaderna. Bussh��llplatsen ligger bara en kort promenad från lobbyn.

ANDRA AKTIVITETER

Golfare kan njuta av Chateau Whistler Golf Course, en av de finaste golfbanorna i British Columbia, bara en kort promenad från lodgen. Lost Lake Park ligger bara några minuter från Greystone Lodge där gästerna kommer att hitta bra vandring, piknik, simning och fiske under sommarmånaderna och nordiska skidspår på vintern. Basen av Blackcomb blir till ett barnparadis på sommaren när det omvandlas till en jätte lekplats som erbjuder ridning, en klättervägg, olika turer och nöjen, minigolf och mycket mer. Dessutom kan besökare på sommarveckorna frekventa Whistler Farmer's Market att hitta lokalt gjorda hantverk och mat som ligger vid basen av Blackcomb Mountain.

Excellent Ski in Ski out condo Upper whistler village

Very nice condo, true ski in and ski out from the Blackcomb gondola. Easy walk to the shops and restaurants of the Whistler Upper Village.

Great skiing location at a reasonable price

It was walking distance (20 min into the village) and ski in with 5 min walk to the lifts. Clint was very helpful and was always trying to make sure everything was perfect for us. The only complaint we had was the size of the hot tub was way too small for this size of a complex. This was an issue almost every evening after skiing.

Absolutely fantastic place!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I've been doing the annual boy's ski trip since 1986 in high-school and finding a cool place has always been a challenge. This place is perfect with tons of space, amazing location and beautiful views of Blackcomb. Excellent water pressure and all the bells and whistles needed. Even the parking deck is great. We didn't hit the hot tub because it was always pretty packed and only holds maybe 8 max. Ideally, they'd add a second hot tub one day like the other places have next door. The walk to the slopes is about 500 feet, and you can easily walk down to the bars & restaurants right down the slope which is probably another few hundred yards down the hill. No need for shuttles all week!!!!!!!

Fantastic condo! Unit 317 - can't wait to go back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved unit 317 at Greystone! It was clean & comfortable & family friendly. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of dishes & glasses – proper ones for the adults and plastic for the kiddies, and a grill on one of the decks. We ate dinner in each night with 3 families/14 people and had enough dishes and space (not all 14 slept there – we rented 2 condos, but all ate together). It had nicer beds & sheets/better furniture than I usually find in rentals. Bathrooms clean & very nice; plenty of towels provided. Washer & dryer are very small, but useful. We stayed in July and appreciated the air conditioning & black-out curtains (it was warmer than we would have thought!). The unit faces west, so no bright morning sun, but nice view. Overlooks the pool, but we had no noise issues (suppose that depends on who else is staying). The pool is small, but nice for a quick dip. Free wifi was nice, since our Sprint service was on $$$ roaming otherwise. Free parking was good, as we left the car and walked. Easy walk down to the Upper Village-location was great. Booked through – super helpful and got a night free promo, so great price. We can’t wait to go back!

Great location slope side

This was a comfortable stay and easy in and out. Everything you need is at hand and there is plenty of space for a family with teenagers. Nothing fancy, but very convenient for some great skiing.

We’ve been to Whistler several times, but this was the first time we’ve stayed in the Upper Village. This property was a quick 5 minute walk to restaurants and shops, and we loved the ski in/ski out accessibility. The unit was clean and well appointed….perfect for our group of 7

Comfortable lodging in quiet location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our recent stay in Greystone Loge Unit 317 was wonderful. The location is a big part of what we liked as it was close to the Blackcomb gondola and provided easy easy to the village and many restaurants but was in a quiet setting. The unit was very accurately portrayed in the pictures and the description was also very accurate. There were no suprises other than the boardgames games which we did enjoy playing. It was very clean and comfortable and everything was in good condition. Having robes was a nice touch! For us, the kitchen was a little small though we ate most of our meals out; it did have all the supplies we needed for our purposes. We appreciated having the binder of area attractions and directions for things. This was our first visit to Whistler and it was INCREDIBLE! Although we are avid skiers, we were here in the summer and definitely want come back. In fact, Whistler is a place I could live. Biking, hiking, kayaking, and beauty everywhere you look. This unit is in a good location for skiing too about 100 yards or so from a slope making it ski-in/ski-out but no views of the slopes from this unit. I would definitely consider staying at this location again.

Perfect Ski Vacation!

Perfect ski-in / ski-out. The kitchen was new and everything about the condo was perfect. Our only complaint was waiting for the elevator (the location of this condo made stairs arduous) and the hot tub was usually crowded. But we loved it and had a great time!

A week in Whistler

Very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Ran out of hot water pretty quickly in the master bedroom. It was actually 90 degrees the week we were there. Air conditioning worked great and grateful for it. Thank you to the owners.The building itself wasn't in great condition. Work was being done right outside my door in the hallway for much of the week, which was very loud and blocked the hallway and sometimes my door.

Very nice stay at 317

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment is very nice and cozy and had everything we needed. It has 4 twin beds (and we have 4 children so that was perfect). The loft however is not for little kids as it is open and could be dangerous for little kids. The main room has a very nice and big king size bed. The high ceiling is a plus. The building itself is nothing special and the pool area is pretty small. The unit is really nice.

Fabulous place to stay in Upper Whistler Village

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent 4 nights in #317 at Greystone Lodge! The place is well designed and appointed - a very comfortable place to be! While we were a little disappointed with the pool size, the water was just the right temperature and our kids had a blast. The Because of the pool size, it tends to get a bit crowded at times. Proximity to the Upper Village, Village Center and parks was great as well. Bikes helped!

Close to everything, but quiet. After some reviews, we were pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to walk to the main village. I was expecting it to be a lot longer/harder of a walk. Good, clean home base close to the village

Six women stayed in the unit and everyone had more than enough space to relax, we were also very impressed about the kitchen; very well stocked. We appreciated the organized unit and quiet surroundings, even on a busy long weekend. Additionally, the walk to the village was super easy and accessible, even for the pregnant women among us.

We'll Return Again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great suite for our family of four. Though we were on vacation, as a home educating family, we brought along some of our projects and there was plenty of room for everyone to be working. The suite was clean, convenient and comfortable. Access to the washer and dryer was wonderful. The kitchen, always a priority for me, was well equipped and had exactly what we needed to make meal preparation a breeze after a day on the hill. So happy there is a slowcooker in the suite. We appreciate the ski in/out location and short walk to the village for supplies, shopping and restaurants. We come up to Whistler by bus, so accessibility is important. We've been a couple times to ski here and plan to return again and again. Shout out to the library! It's beautiful and out of town guests can get book borrowing privileges for duration of their visit.
