There's plenty of seating both inside and out for those days you want to spark up the grill and dine alfresco. Sonos speakers installed throughout the home let you set the soundtrack for your stay. The garage has a large smart TV for watching that game while poolside. There is also a half bath in the garage for your convenience. And to wash off the sand after you come off the beach, there is an outdoor shower that features hot water.

Gather around the large, inviting sofas for games and conversations, stream your favorite shows and movies on the seven smart TVs installed throughout the home, or simply find a quiet spot to enjoy some reading.
