På andra våningen finns det stora sovrummet som har en dubbelsäng, en 2: a sovrummet som har två enkelsängar, en 3: e sovrummet som har två våningssängar och en full storlek kök, badrum, vardagsrum och matrum. På första våningen finns en 4: e sovrum med en king size-säng, ett pentry (w / full storlek kylskåp, diskbänk, mikrovågsugn och kaffebryggare), ett mycket stort allrum och ett badrum. Det finns också en utomhusdusch, bra för större familjer. Denna uppsättning upp är perfekt för en eller två familjer som vill ha ett självständigt liv, var och en har sitt eget sovrum (s), golv, kök, däck och posten dörrar. De två stora däck utsikt över en privat bakgård, bra för alla. Spela majs hål, fånga eller fotboll. Utnyttja utmärkt stjärnan blickar eller njuta av kaffe utanför, på en lugn orörd morgon. Rida din cykel eller ta en promenad på mycket tyst, sällan reste gator, utmärkt för barn. Family vacation

Great location. Easy and fast access to beach, outlets, restaurants. Nice quiet neighborhood with deer passing through during the day. Owners were great at communicating. Great for families. Would stay here again.

Great place off the beaten path

Had a great stay at Seaclusion. House was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. House was located in a great area, away from all of the noise but just a 2 min drive to Rehoboth Ave. Our host Chris was great and very responsive and communicative.

perfect spot with great beach toys

we thoroughly enjoyed our short trip to Rehoboth Beach in this lovely house with more than enough space. the host, chris was easy to communicate with, and the house had everything we needed including coffee, huge outdoor deck, a giant box of beach chairs and toys that our 3yr old loved playing with. the parking pass was exactly what we needed to park without a hassle. next time we will stay longer and play more foosball ;-)

Great family house!

The downstairs, with a large living room, bath, and bedroom, was perfect for the family with young kids. That way they could wind down before bed. When toddlers are upstairs, bring a small baby gate for the stairs. The house was very clean and the hosts were very responsive!

Excellent, spacious. & clean

Great place to stay. Plenty of room and very clean. The house had everything you could possibly need; all kitchen needs, plenty of towels, cable TV, 2 refrigerators/kitchens was great for us having 2 families, gas grill indoor and outdoor games,. Beaches are very close by. Need to drive; not walkable. Great stay

Seaclusion

Our stay was nice and home was warm and welcoming. We also had a front-row view to fireworks. Host’s rules and requirements felt a little overbearing, and we didn’t know about them until after we booked, but all-in-all, it was a nice stay.

Seven C's was perfect

What a fantastic house, and neighborhood. Perfectly centrally located to all of the beaches. The wildlife in the neighborhood made the stay even more peaceful. Quiet neighborhood, everyone so friendly. The pictures of the house looked so nice, and being there in person made it so much better. Chris and Lynn were very informative and very helpful with everything. Looking forward to making this an annual vacation in this house.

Quiet and relaxing home

We enjoyed the spacious home and the yard was great for outdoor games. Chris made everything easy for us and was quick to respond to any questions we had. The photos of the home did lead us to believe we were closer to the water but it was nice to take a walk and get to see the marshlands. I would stay there again if we return to Delaware for sure. Rehoboth beach was awesome, parking was easy, and the food there was great. We are missing Grotto Pizza already!

Sea-Clusion is a hidden treasure!

Spent a week here with my husband and children, we had an absolute amazing time. The house is spacious & gorgeous! Close enough to all the action but in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. We loved seeing all the wildlife too (deer, rabbits and we also got to watch newborn baby robin birds grow throughout the week on the property) I highly recommend to anyone that’s looking for a place close to all the beaches and surrounding area. We even took a day to ocean city, md and it wasn’t a far travel. We loved our stay and the area so much, my husband and I are planning on moving towards the Rehoboth area in the next couple years!

Quiet location, spacious home

This is a large home with four bedrooms and lots of rooms. The description online is accurate. It is a split-level home (stairs at the entryway) with a large master bedroom (king-sized bed) and bathroom downstairs. My husband and I slept there while my adult children took the upstairs bedrooms, This gave us a little more privacy, which we enjoyed. It is very quiet, but does require a drive to get to the boardwalk area. The parking pass was a big help as we were there when it was quite busy.

From the outset to departure this property served us very well and the owners have been very responsive. Plenty of room and comfort. Excellent beds and kitchen supplies. Though not on the beach location is excellent. Would definitely return.

Fun in Rehoboth

Neighborhood is absolutely gorgeous. Great location, even though it isn't right next to the beach. The house is pretty large, plenty of space for our group of 6 + 3 kids. Had a blast!

Nice house, quiet neighborhood, just right for family group

Sea-clusion is a nice, clean home away from home kind of house. Location is a couple miles from the Rehoboth boardwalk area, which was just fine by me - once we left the beach we were rewarded with an evening in a quiet house, with ample room to spread out in the split level layout with two living room type areas, a decent kitchen with very large table and a huge deck with another huge table out there and plenty of beds and privacy (4 bedrooms plus a bed in downstairs family room.) Owners Chris and Lynn were very responsive and we communicated several times before we arrived and when I'd lost the entry instruction sheet, I called on the way to the house and Chris got back to me promptly. Only good things to say about the entire experience!

Great stay

A clean and spacious house for two families located in a pleasant neighborhood. It was great to be able to relax on the deck in the evenings. The beaches are a short drive away. The owner was very thorough in his instructions and was responsive to our communications.

5 min away from the beach and everything else

Stayed at Sea-clusion for 4 nights, there were 7 of us including my 1 year old and 5 year old. The house was clean, spacious and exactly as described in the listing. Communication was excellent from Chris throughout. The house is tucked away in an incredibly beautiful and quiet neighborhood near a nature preserve, yet is also a 5 min drive from multiple beaches, shopping, restaurants and more. It was also a perfect house for little kids, as it has a flat front and (large) fenced in backyard. If you are looking for a place where you can walk to the beach or have parties, keep looking. If you are looking for a place where everything is a short car or bike ride away and you can return back to peace and quiet at the end of the day, this is absolutely that place. Highly recommended and I hope to return again!

Sea-Clusion was delightful

Sea-clusion was very spacious and comfortable for our group of 7 friends! Just a short ride to the beach and about equal distance to Rehobeth and Dewey beaches. We had to bring our own sheets, pillows, blankets and towels due to a COVID policy, which was inconvenient but otherwise we had a great stay!

Our family lives just outside of Washington, DC.
We really like the relatively short commute time, about 2.5 hours, depending on the traffic. Having spent many Summer vacations in years past, at Delaware and Maryland beaches, Rehoboth Beach has everything anyone could ask for.

My wife and I looked at many homes, at several Delaware beaches, before buying this house. We loved this neighborhood, the minute we found it. This house offers the best location, in relation to all major, sought after services.
We are situated 1.5 miles from the Atlantic Ocean, in a very tranquil, scenic setting. Everything you could want, is 5 minutes away. We are so close to all activities, yet completely removed from all of the noise, traffic, and commercial development.
At the end of the day, or first thing in the morning,
you just want to relax and regenerate.
