Snowbird Haven

Property was in a great location with very easy access to beach. Unit was a little dated feeling but clean. Unit had limited amenities including no coffee so immediate shopping trip is a must. Parking was not communicated very well and security was aggressive with warnings of not being properly parked.

Great location

Nice accommodations with an excellent location. Away from the crowds of the PB area but close enough to be there in a couple of minutes. Peg Leg Pete is right across the street and the food, music and service was excellent. A fly by from the Blue Angels coming home from a show was a spectacular moment. We would stay here again.

This property was amazing. The convenience of walking right to the beach, as well as good food right across the street was perfect for us. I also love that it was close enough to the strip to be able to drive for necessities, but far enough away that we werent impacted by a large crowd of people. The staff went above and beyond to make check-in and check-out smooth. We will definitely be adding this to our go to vacation spot.

Great location!

Sans Souci is in a great location for a relaxing beach trip. Less than a minute walk to the beach from condo. Great restaurants close by. Perfect location. Beach is beautiful. I have been enjoying the Sans Souci since the 80s, traveling as a kid with my family. This condo was very clean but very dated. Biggest negative was the neighbor the the left who appears to be a permanent resident. She sat on her balcony constantly and stared at us in her T-shirt and adult diapers. We avoided the balcony as she made it an uncomfortable experience!! There is clearly an issue there that I didn’t want to deal with on my vacation. I will definitely return to the Sans Souci but to a different condo!! Pensacola Beach property management was wonderful and responsive to every need!!

Great place and wonderful views

We really enjoyed our time here. However, there were necessities that were not provided. For example there were no blankets for lounging. There was minimal cookware as well.

Get Away

Perfect locations away from the crowds. Amazing views of the beach and Gulf. Condo is a little outdated but has everything you need. Would suggest getting some new rugs and the silk plants were very dusty!

Anniversary Stay

The only thing I can complain about was work going on in the Condo beside us. It got pretty loud at times. The views were beautiful! There were magnificent restaurants close by. I would rent again, but would make sure no work was going on either side of me.

Awesome visit!

I just needed a quiet getaway on the beach and this was perfect. It was quiet, secure and very reasonably priced. As a bonus I got to see the historical snow! I will definitely stay there again. Also, the staff was great-they responded to text messages promptly and were so friendly and accommodating! So glad I booked with them!

Beautiful view!

My husband and I decided to get away for a few days and relax - This was the perfect spot. The condo is a little dated (we don’t really care about that) but it was clean, comfortable, stocked with essentials and the view is breathtaking. You step right out on the beach from the building and the keyed gate was a nice security addition. Peg Leg Pete’s across the street was a bonus. The management team checked in regularly to ensure things were good. It was a wonderful experience. We WILL be back!

Awsome views

We had a great winter vacation staying here. The mattress and couch need a little upgrade, and the cabinets doors and drawers needs a little maintenence. So the fridge, the doors were covered in rust. It's doing it's job but the overall exterior condition it's poor.Communication with Pensacola Beach Property was very easy and they helped us immediately when we reported internet/wireless issues, they sent us a technician and fixed the issue in less than an hour.The virews of the property never disappoint, rain or shine, seeing and hearing the waves was just what i nedded.Property needs just a little extra love but i would come back and stay here.

Our annual quick trip to the beach was another success. You can go wrong with the beach directly to your South and Peg Leg Pete's directly to your North, both just a few steps away.

Anniversary trip

Overall, not bad. This condo unit is a bit run down in my opinion and could use some updates. Examples: refrigerator is older and has rust spots and does not have ice maker, bathtub drain is clogged, lights burned out in kitchen, bed mattress needs replaced due to low spot in the .middle, and sliding door is difficult to open. Still, we spent most of our time on the beach so we did our best to overlook these issues. We still enjoyed our stay just will choose a different unit if we come back to this area.
