Nestled in a quiet neighborhood but within walking distance to downtown dining and shopping, this is a true vacation gem.

You’ll have the entire home and property just two blocks from the beach. The private pool can be heated or cooled depending on the season, while the hot tub provides the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The spacious layout ensures a comfortable stay, whether you’re lounging inside or enjoying the outdoor amenities.

Guests have full access to the home, pool, hot tub, and all outdoor activities. Complimentary bikes, kayaks, and surfboards are available to make the most of your stay.

The garage features a game and activity area for added entertainment. We kindly ask guests to park in the driveway so the indoor space remains available for games and activities.

Beach stay

Our stay at this house was everything that we could have asked for and more. Plenty of space inside the house and by the pool area for a large group. Will definitely be visiting again in the near future!

Heated pool,paradise

Everything in the house was as advertised. There was plenty of room for the 9 of us. We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing!!

The house is awesome, even better than the picutres. it has anything you would ever need so we were able to pack light for the trip down. I brought 2 younger kids who both had a blast and already want to come back

Great location!

The location was perfect! Can walk to the beach right from the house. Brian was amazing as well. Got back to us quickly with any questions we had and even helped us planning activities.

Hi Brian, We had a great stay! House was stocked with everything you could possibly want or need. We had a three day softball tournament and a funeral To attend while there. The beach was a quick walk across the street, which I had hardly any time to visit . Bummer.!!I did however get to see the air show!! And it was amazing!! It flew right over the house! The mosquitoes were annoying! Maybe some standing water somewhere. All in all…It was a homey short stay. I had my family of four plus one of my daughters friend and two labs with me and they had a great time too.Thanks Brian!

Perfect Location

We stayed at this house for a baseball tournament nearby and not only was it close to the fields, it was close to everything fun in Cocoa Beach. We truly enjoyed the house, pool, hot tub and very quick walk to the beach. The property was clean and offered everything we could need. The property manager, Brian, was amazing and very quick to respond, which is overly helpful. We'd love to stay here again!

Absolutely perfect

Everything was as mentioned and we had an amazing time. Town close beaches close and stores. We wanted a place we didn't have to leave or go far if we wanted to. Was perfect 😁😊⛱️
