The epitome of style and necessity are perfectly blended with this renovated condo nestled under the dramatic mountains of East Vail. Just steps away from the Pitkin Creek bus stop and Simms Grocery Market, you are never far away from anything you`ll need during your vacation. After a day on the mountain unwind by the wood fireplace or soak in the hot tub, seen from the condo balcony. This secluded corner unit with three private bedrooms is the right choice for your basecamp for all things Vail!
First Floor:

- Fully stocked kitchen: Bar seating for 6.
- Living area with sectional sofa.
- Wood burning fireplace.
- Access to outdoor balcony with gas grill and views of the East Vail Mountains.

This condo is nestled near the entrance of East Vail. East Vail has a grocery store, a liquor store, and one restaurant at the Vail Racquet Club. We recommend getting groceries at the City Market or Safeway (5-10 minute drive). The local grocery here has a limited stock and should ideally be used in a pinch.
East Vail is home to beautiful waterfalls in the summer, dramatic mountains, and snow covered couloirs in the winter. East Vail is truly perfect if you want to be immersed in nature, yet minutes from Vail Village.
Enjoy the complimentary town shuttle, operating every 15 minutes during peak ski season. While we recommend a vehicle to explore the surrounding areas, it is definitely not necessary.
