The apartment was remodeled recently and is in an excellent location in Mexico City. Within walking distance you can find the 2nd Section of the Chapultepec Forest, parks, lots of museums, top-rated restaurants, supermarkets, the iconic "Virreyes Tower" and the world renown "Auditorio Nacional" event venue. A little further away (but still within walking distance) you'll find the 1st Section of the Chapultepec Forest with even more museums (the National Anthropology Museum, the Rufino Tamayo Museum of Modern Art and the Chapultepec Castle, among many others) and the Chapultepec Zoo. Adjacent neighborhoods include Polanco with its elite shops, boutiques and restaurants, and the Condesa and Roma neighborhoods with their prevalent bohemian ambience.
Regarding connectivity, the apartment has access to Mexico City's main streets and avenues like the historic Paseo de la Reforma, the Anillo Periférico, Circuito Interior, Miguel Alemán Viaduct and Constituyentes Avenue. The apartment is located on the first floor of a three story house in a very quiet neighborhood; you won´t be waken up due to outside noise. During weekdays, the apartment's street is experimenting a high demand on street parking but guests need not to worry as the property has a private garage with 1 parking spot reserved for the apartment.
Now, as for the apartment itself, it has 2 big bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, dining/living room with a smart TV and Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with washer/dryer combo, and an amazing terrace where you will be able to have a peaceful breakfast with a view of the imposing jacaranda tree (that transforms into an explosion of purple flowers during springtime).
The property also has a back patio (common area), where guests will be able to enjoy a hot beverage under the shadow of the jacaranda tree, relaxing to the sound of the patio's fountain. The patio also has a lemon tree that provides fresh lemons almost all year round, guests should feel free to take as many lemons as they want.

Varför värden valde detta boende
This house was built shortly after my birth. It was also my daughter's first home. We treasured our privacy and the neighborhoods tranquility. Also, having the Chapultepec Forest that close by is an absolute plus.
