You'll have the best of both worlds in this cute bungalow. A quiet, park-like setting only 4 blocks from the downtown area. Walk to restaurants and shopping, then home to enjoy peaceful privacy with deer in your front yard and a tree-lined, fenced-in private back yard.
The open field across the road is full of deer and other wildlife. The bike trail, quiet country roads and the snowmobile/rec trail are right out your front door.

You can sit outside and peacefully enjoy both the back and front yard space.

My husband and I are life long Yoopers who have retired to the Northwoods while spending our winters in Arizona. We like to bike, golf, hike, walk, spend time on the lake and play pickleball, all activities the area has to offer.
