Beautiful and convenient flat

We loved our stay at this property and had everything we needed. It was comfortable for our family of 5 and close to public transport to get to the sights. Raffaella was a kind and accommodating host!

Perfect Apartment

We stayed at Raffaella's apartment for 3 days after our cruise. The apartment was perfect for our needs. It was decorated nicely and was clean. The apartment is in a nice neighborhood with good places to eat. Raffaella was very accommodating and offered great suggestions on car services, restaurants and more. Would definitely stay again!

Bright, clean, well equipped apartment in San Giovanni

This apartment is a great spot to base a Rome vacation.The building itself has a cool art-deco feel to it with a well maintained lobby and a useful lift. The apartment itself was spotless and well equipped. It is open, bright and cheerful with great views to the nearby cathedral of San Giovanni. Close to the metro stop of the same name.Communication from manager was excellent.

Beautiful Apartment in Ideal Location

Apartment was perfect fit for our family of 4. Spacious with 2 bathrooms which was much needed. Bedrooms had a balcony for enjoying a cool breeze in the afternoon. Kitchen worked well for Christmas dinner.Our host was very gracious. Checked in on us, via text, to see how we were doing almost every day. I highly recommend staying here for anyone visiting Rome.

Week in Rome

We enjoyed our stay at Raffaella’s apartment. The home had everything we needed for our stay. Well stocked grocery store across the street and several good restaurants within walking distance. Also very convenient for transportation with a bus stop nearby and short walk to the Metro. Would definitely stay again!

tolle Unterkunft!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. 2 Zimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad und Küche mit großen Eßtisch, gut gelegen... was will man mehr. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig sind die "Bettdecken"...Ein großes Bettlaken plus Überdecke auf einem Doppelbett. Wir haben aber dennoch gut geschlafen. Öffis und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich vor der Tür. Perfekt!

Family Trip to Rome

The property was very clean and close to lots of great restaurants. This location was close to the train so we could visit all the locations in Rome we wanted to see without the need to rent a car. There was also a grocery store across the street.

Nice spot

The hosts were helpful and communicative. Great spot near metro. Good restaurants nearby. Clean. Bright. Nice bathing amenities (especially if you’re used to a shower.) Beds were uncomfortable.

Rome before cruise

We spent 3 days before our Mediterranean cruise. Apartment was clean and central to all with a market across the street and an excellent restaurant Shooters Roma right down the street. I recommend it.

Great place to stay in Rome

We stayed for an extended time in Rome, based out of this flat. It was very close to the Metro, the Colosseum was about a 20 minute walk. It is in a great neighborhood, quiet, resident, and close to transportation if you wish to go find something to explore.

Nice apartment with elevator

Host was very helpful and responsive. Building has elevator which is nice if you do not like stairs as unit is on the 4th floor. The apartment has space for our group of 5 and the bathrooms are large. There is no real living space but the dining area is big enough to sit around and chat or eat. The location is close to two metro stops - you will need to use metro or taxi to get around to most sites in Rome.

Appartamento splendido ,vicinissimo alla fermata dalla metro. Accessoriato ottimamente,graditissimi i giochi di società e la smart tv per chi come noi ha bimbi, pulizia ottima. Gemütlich und Funktional

Die Lage und Ausstattung der Unterkunft war super und entsprach unserer Vorstellung. Der Aufzug im Haus war eine super Erleichterung und machte den Aufenthalt sehr viel entspannter. Die Wohnung war zweckmäßig und doch gemütlich ausgestattet. Im Umkreis von 10 Minuten Fußweg waren sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie das berühmte Kolosseum in 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Eine Bushaltestelle gibt es in direkter Nähe und eine Metro-Station ist innerhalb 5 Minuten zu erlaufen. Die Kommunikation und Abwicklung mit dem Besitzer war problemlos. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
