Newly installed Vinyl Laminate flooring and new carpet. Whole unit ceilings and wall are both freshly painted. Comfortable place to stay and all you need to bring is your own food and clothing. Complimentary STARTER DRINKS AND SOAPS PROVIDED Free of charge (coffee, tea, Choco, bottled drinking water, dishwasher soap and detergent as well as laundry detergent are available free of charge for guest to start their convenient and comfortable accommodation.

Fully furnished with a spacious kitchen and lots of cabinets, a full-size cook range for baking bread, meal, deserts, etc. , dishwasher, full size fridge with freezer, bread toaster and microwave.

We also provide Ironing board and flat iron for clothes.

The house is nestled on half acre lot for renters to have a large comfortable private yard and driveway.

The place is warmly decorated with calm, neutral colors, and Alaskan wildlife photographs. Yard is very private, and you can sometimes see moose coming through in the morning and evenings from the window.

Unit was just updated under NEW owner and management that can be reach anytime 24/7 for questions, concerns, and request. New Owner and New manager also lives near the property for fast and friendly service.

This is strictly non-smoking property (inside and outside the unit) (sorry we don’t allow vape and similar items) and pets are allowed on approval only, with additional pet fee or deposit.
