Centre Hall Farmhouse

Come enjoy a peaceful stay in this updated 1890's farmhouse close to Penn State University (15 mi), Grange Fairgrounds (2.5 miles), and downtown State College (14 mi). In the heart of Penns Valley Amish country, this historic home has beautiful views of the surrounding farmland and mountains.
The space
The first floor has a large kitchen and living room, the second floor has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, and the attic is a bonus room that can be used as a bedroom. For those with mobility issues, there are steps to get to the front door as well as 2 stairways within the home. There is a firepit and grill on the right side of the house, and a front porch.
Guest access
You will have sole use of all 3 floors of the historic portion of this home as well as the outdoor space; the first floor addition has been separated and converted for our use as an office (separate entrance), however, we make every effort to not use it when the residential space is in use. We never enter the residential space without notification. Guests will not have access to the office area, garage, or outbuildings-- these are off limits.
Other things to note
While our cancellation policy is strict, we will offer a full refund of our profit should the dates be used another party.

Beautiful farmhouse

House was exactly as described- hosts left many snacks and breakfast items to enjoy. Great communication and home was clean and lovely.

Perfect little place!

I booked a night here as a MOH for my best friend’s Bach party, and everyone was so happy! We had a great time. Very spacious & clean, great communication with the host and love how secluded it was! Lots of good food and things to do in the area as well. All around 10/10!

Farmhouse

The property was clean and met all our needs. One suggestion would be to make the house number a little more visible from the road as it was a little difficult to see the first time arriving at the property.
