The fully equipped luxury apartment "Kuman" is located near OmiĆĄ in the quiet place Ravnice. The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful dead end street. Just a few steps from the apartment there is a small, beautiful beach with clean sea. Ideal holiday for a family with children! There is no traffic and road between the apartment and the beach.
The apartment is a 5 minute drive from the city center or you can walk 30 minutes along the newly built walking trail from the apartment to the city.
The apartment is modern and contemporary, with two bedrooms, each equipped with a box-spring double bed. While one room has a stunning sea view, the other room looks out on a quiet garden.
The apartment also has a high-quality and modern kitchen with all utensils and appliances (fridge with freezer, dishwasher, induction cooker, oven, microwave ...) In addition, a washing machine and all other amenities are available, such as satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, two parking spaces and the possibility to use the grill.
The apartment has a bathroom with a shower and a living room with a comfortable sofa, which can be pulled out and turned into a bed for two people. In the living room there is also an Android smart TV which is connected to the Internet and has various streaming services. For those who do not want to miss out on any sporting event, there is a DAZN application available.
Just a 10-15 minute walk away, along the beach, you can find a number of restaurants and cafes that will make your holiday a pleasure.
In the immediate vicinity of the apartment, on the beach, you can rent a water scooter, a paddleboard, and a pedal boat ... in the city of Omis you will find various adrenaline activities and extreme sports, mainly in the beautiful gorge of the river Cetina, such as: ziplines, rafting on the river Cetina, hiking and trekking, mountaineering, kayaking, canyoning, free climbing, boat trip through the Cetina river canyon, diving, water skiing, windsurfing, paragliding, boat rental...
