Originally built in 1932, the main home has benefitted from a few additions to provide a sprawling open concept home with unique riverfront access directly on the Guadalupe River between 2nd & 3rd crossing. Private 3-tier deck with lounge seating & hot tub!
Capri has 3 full size bathrooms, 2 private bedrooms (both with king size beds), 1 bunk room (2 bunks full over full with twin trundles) - the whole house comfortably sleeps 10. The massive multi-level deck showcases lounge & dining seating PLUS an 8-seat hot tub! Indoor dining for 10 add to the ease of use in this spacious open concept home. A game room-complete with billiards table, full kitchen, and laundry room wrap up the bevy of amenities in this home. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway!
