This lovely home is situated just minutes from the beaches of Manasota Key, beautiful Lemon Bay, parks, shopping, restaurants, and great waterfront dining! Enjoy your morning coffee on the colorful front porch. When it's time to eat, dine in or enjoy your meal in the fresh air on the lanai area or relax in the lattice shade house. This home is ideally situated just a 1-minute drive from the causeway to Manasota Key. There are three major county park beaches at the north, middle, and south end of the Key. You'll have a short 20-minute drive to the Boca Grande Causeway and in about 5 minutes, you can be at Englewood Beach with first-class saltwater fishing and water sports facilities all in easy reach. Shelling, snorkeling, boating, beach combing, and kayaking are some of the activities within minutes of your doorstep. The Cape Haze Peninsula is also home to the Tarpon and Snook capital of the world - Boca Grande.

You'll love this 3-bedroom, 2-bath classic Florida-style home. The third bedroom is a separate cozy backyard bungalow with its A/C wall unit to keep you nice and cool. The two bathrooms both contain pedestal sinks and walk-in showers. One of the bathrooms is in the garage, convenient to the bungalow. The pool is in like-new condition and is fully automated with a heater and lighting. The backyard is fully fenced for your privacy. You can alternate between lounging inside the screened pool cage, lying on your hammock under a tree, or sitting in one of two covered outdoor dining areas.

Maximum Occupancy/Gatherings: Our properties are in residential areas and are rented for personal vacation uses only. Each property has a specific maximum occupancy. Parties and other large gatherings are not permitted. Those who break this rule risk forfeiture of their security deposit, rental fees, and eviction. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions at the time you make your reservation. Initial payments include the property's refundable Security (Damage) Deposit, 25% of the total rental fee, and the booking fee. Damage Deposit refund will be processed within 30 days of departure. Final payments are due 60 days from arrival.

Conch charm

We loved the place. Food, nature walks, boat launch, beaches, and farmer's markets were all close by. The beaches are gorgeous and the farmer's market has some of everythink--make sure you try the crepes! The place was just as pictured and described--only the grounds were even bigger and prettier. We loved all the seating areas both inside and out, but we particularly loved the outdoor and the lanai areas. The heated pool was so relaxing, and I used it almost every day! Also, you are so close to the gorgeous beachs on Manasota Key--only 2.5 miles away. There are three beautiful beaches there, and we loved all three--and we did manage to find some sharks' teeth. What fun! There were a few issues that came up but the management group was both responsive and speedy taking care of things. The TV offering could be better as reception is sometimes challenging there, but it did have Roku. We liked everything except the beds and pillows; those could use some updating. All in all though, we give it a big thumbs up, and we were sorry to leave. Our month flew by.
