The home includes two living rooms, 3 spacious bedrooms that comfortably sleep 6, a fully stocked kitchen, wifi, comfortable workspace with desk, two smart TVs, and washer and dryer. UNT is only 5 minutes away and the area has countless restaurants, grocery stores, and great nearby shopping. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and guests may park in the 2 car garage and driveway.

The home includes three bedrooms with a king in the master bedroom and queens in the two secondary bedrooms. There’s an en-suite bath in the master with granite countertops, new cabinets, two sinks, and a newly remodeled walk in shower with glass surround. The secondary bathroom includes a newly remodeled tub/shower combo. There are two living rooms, each with comfortable couches and coffee tables. One living space includes a desk and chair and a foosball table. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes new stainless steel appliances. There are smart TVs in the living room and master bedroom. The entire house has new luxury vinyl plank flooring - no carpet. The backyard is fully fenced and there are chairs for relaxing on the back patio.

This neighborhood is quiet and peaceful yet close to entertainment and shopping. There are multiple grocery stores and restaurants within 5 minutes of the house. UNT is only 5 minutes away!! The property allows for easy access to I-35 and 380.

This property is newly remodeled, super clean, has tasteful finishes, and has large beds with comfortable mattresses. Guests may park in the 2 car garage. The backyard is fully enclosed and pets are welcome.
