This beautiful home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood on the border of Frisco and Little Elm. This location gives you quick access to all that Frisco and Little Elm have to offer! 13 minutes to the Dallas Cowboys Headquarters, 8 minutes to Little Elm Park, 14 minutes to Stonebriar Mall, 10 minutes to Toyota Stadium, and 17 minutes to Grandscape. There are countless restaurants nearby, plenty of entertainment, and groceries are only 3 minutes away!

My husband and I own and manage rentals in the DFW area and love hosting our guests! We are local and are available if anything is needed, although we give our guests complete privacy during their stay. I'm a real estate agent and know the DFW area well so I'm always happy to help guests out in any way!

This quiet, well kept neighborhood is on the border of Frisco and Little Elm. There are plenty of nearby grocery stores and restaurants. Lewisville Lake, Stonebriar Mall, Cowboys Way, and Grandscape all provide tons of entertainment!

This home is open, spacious, very clean, and is recently remodeled. The floorplan offers two living areas, a foosball table, desk for working on the go, a fully fenced backyard, dining seating for 8, and a huge master suite.
