Studio Condo in Park City. Newly remodeled with very comfortable King Bed. Bike Stand in Unit as well as Ski Storage for your Winter Stay. Complimentary snacks, water, coffee and tea. Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash and other necessities provided. 24/7 Check in for your key and parking pass at the front desk. Key will also allow you to access the Prospector hot tub and pool area. Perfect for the weekend

Simple but cozy accommodations with nice extras and excellent communication with the hosts. We appreciated the spacious refrigerator, ability to control heating and cooling, wonderfully large bath towels, and the closet space. Easy to check in and the parking pass was appreciated.

Great condo next to the bus stop

My son and I stayed here for our first ski trip to Park City. The location was great right next to the bus stop for easy access to the slopes in the mornings and restaurants at night. The place had everything we needed including a hot tub. I would stay here again on our next trip.

Wonderful Spot!

Our stay at The Prospector was lovely! Very cute spot with everything we needed. And the bus to Main Street was literally feet from our door. So convenient and cozy. We’ll be back!

Location cannot be beat

Prospector is a great place to stay while in Park City and this unit was recently updated and nicely appointed.

Lovely little place

The place was perfect for the two of us. Looked like the listing. Everything was good condition and the bed was comfy. There was just enough within walking distance for basic needs or meals, and the free bus system out front was amazing for getting around the area. One small consideration that can’t be changed is this is on the first floor. Easy access, but you can hear others tromping in with ski boots - though I didn’t notice this at night. But truly a really nice place to stay.

Friendly hosts and spotless accommodations

Location was perfect for my attendance at the Sundance Festival. Easy access to town yet in a quiet, well maintained condo community. Will definitely return.

Great location!

Property as pictured. Right outside the complex was the bus line which you could take to the slopes, Main Street, food market, etc. I would definitely stay here again!

Great weekend getaway

The condo was perfect for our stay. Close to venues and restaurants while also away from the crowds. Others in the building were respectful and kept noise down in the evening hours and the host is quick to respond. We'll stay again!
