Ski in condo dog friendly

Was nice to be able to ski to the condo. Short walk up the hill to catwalk that get you to lift quickly. I have two emotional support dog that are training to be service dogs that had a blast being a block from the village and being on the mountain.

Great Location!

Great location and accommodation to bring my dog. Ground floor condo open to well cleared sidewalks and portion of the wooded area for Fido to do his business. The apartment is an early build on the mountain and therefore a bit dated. However, winter ski season can be tough on furnishings. Heated garage parking, but BE CAREFUL! My vehicle (Honda Pilot) with ski rack barely fit through the garage door…way too low for a truck or vehicle with a Rocket Box. No idea what the designer was thinking!I’d come back again with my dog!

"tea/coffee" facilities is a coffee machine. No actual coffee and the nearest store is in frisco. No teapot. No tea. No gym either. Oh no cooking oils, or salt etc. cute apartment

Weekend stay

Nice place in a quiet location. The B9 unit is on the back side of property which did make getting to room not as easy, but once there property is near trail. Condo was clean and comfortable. Overall, a really nice long weekend.

Great value says it all!

I spent 2 nights in the condo and found it comfortable, convenient, and cost effective. The kitchen was well provisioned, the bed was comfortable (I didn't have a need to try the pull out sofa bed), and the bathroom was clean. The bed linens and towels were fresh. It's located an easy +/- 5 minute walk from the Center Village. Parking for one car was included. Even though the unit accepts dogs, you couldn't tell. There was no pet odor or damage. In this price range, the unit is more than acceptable. I'd certainly stay there again in the future.

Stretches the term "value" generously

I knew that as a "value" property this place would be lacking in some areas. But certain things were inexcusable and it really felt like they were trying to see what they can get away with. Immediately upon entering there was a half empty gatorade from previous occupants. The thermostat was turned off in the bedroom so it was very cold, about 60, so I turned it to 70. We woke in the middle of the night and it was at least 80+ and we were feeling sick from how hot it had become. We had to briefly open a window and turn the thermostat back down to off. Spent the rest of the stay unable to sleep because it was so cold. So to recap, your options in the bedroom are: hotter than the surface of the sun, or too cold to sleep. There is a kitchen, but if you plan to do any cooking you should bring EVERYTHING. There's about 20 knives but I only found one that could cut through an avocado, and only then it could barely do so and mutilated the avocado. There are salt and pepper shakers, but they were empty so that was helpful. The pots and pans are an embarrassment. A cheap set from Costco would be a massive upgrade. The bedroom was very dimly lit. I tried to turn a lamp on but it wasn't working--traced the power cord and it's not even plugged in and I didn't see an available outlet to even plug it in to. The location is fantastic, however!

Perfect Getaway snow spot

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying at this condo due to its awesome location in Copper Mountain. Two minutes from center village with restaurants and shops. Tons of walking and open space for dogs to walk and run. We would have given 5 stars but the bedroom bed needs to updated. The sleeper sofa mattress is softer and more comfortable than the actual bedroom.

We love this place , it’s great for hitting the slopes in the winter and the trails in the summer. Super dog friendly which is a plus for us. Property management is always so helpful and responsive.

Convenient location, bad mattress

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property management was excellent and very helpful. The size of the property is good, and the location is great. I enjoyed how close it was to Center Village, and it was very comfortable for my dog. The drawback for me was the furnishings, specifically the bed. It was not comfortable at all. I didn't sleep for 2 nights and on the third night, the management team brought me an air mattress that was much more comfortable than the bed. The pots and pans were not very good for cooking. They did have a nice toaster oven which was convenient and the fireplace was nice too. You must carry luggage up a steep staircase from the garage, so pack accordingly. I enjoyed the property, but probably would not go back because of the mattress. If they put in a better mattress, I would return to the property.

Condo felt clean, although it was not ready for us at 4pm, had to wait 15-20 minutes. Our F-150 with raised cab did not fit into the parking garage at Ten Mile Haus, but a gate pass for the garage at Ten Mile lot was provided and we easily fit in there. Kitchen was lacking in sauce pans, but we were able to make what we had work.

Ten Mile Haus is a great location to walk to center village. We would ski down and then short walk to Pitchfork lift and then get to Super B. Ski back put us within 10’ of the door. Condo B9 is dated and that is ok if stocked. There was only 1 small sauce pan and 1 large stock pot for cooking. And we needed to run the loud dishwasher almost every day to have enough glasses and dishes for our needs for 2 guests. Fireplace was nice to have and the dog loved looking out the sliding door. Garage parking was nice and the community W/D worked for our needs.

A cozy condo

Reviewer Comments: Thank goodness for a garage below for easier access because we are senior citizens and truly needed an elevator instead of about 25 steps, some outside. The condo was well-furnushed with a great fireplace and gas logs. Plenty of dishes and kitchen gadgets, though would've liked a scrubber in addition to a sponge. All and all, a nice get away and very handy to Magic Kingdom.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third time staying with Copper Vacations, each time in Ten Mile Haus in Center Village. These units are older than some other buildings in Copper Mountain, but well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. Check-in/out process was easy even though we arrived well after midnight. Location is great--just a few hundred feet to Center Village from our condo (B9). Parking situation is good; parking garage is easy to get to once you figure it out. One note: B9 has a queen/full size bed; others we have stayed in have a king--in case that matters to you. Would definitely recommend and would/will stay here again.
