Welcome to Aster Haus, an elegant 3-bedroom, 3-bath retreat where modern design meets the timeless charm of Tampa Heights. Just steps from Armature Works, the Riverwalk, and the city’s best dining and entertainment, this home is perfectly positioned for guests who appreciate walkability, comfort, and effortless style.

Soaring 25-foot ceilings fill the main living area with natural light, creating an open and inviting atmosphere ideal for relaxing or gathering with friends and family. Every corner of Aster Haus has been designed to balance form and function — refined, but never pretentious.

The primary suite features a plush king bed, Roku TV, and a private balcony for two, ideal for morning coffee or an evening wind-down. This property is beautiful and in an amazing area

This is a very beautiful home and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. It is close to different stores and easy access to the highway. My family enjoyed staying at this property and was safe for kids also. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the Tampa area.

Half of the ownership duo, Ingo, is German and came over to play soccer at The University of Tampa where he met me, Lindsey, (originally from Ohio and who is the other half of this ownership duo). We live in Tampa Heights with our three kids + an adopted fur baby.

Ingo’s day job is working at Salesforce as a Software Architect. Lindsey owns a small self-service laundromat. We truly enjoy hosting people from all over the world and getting to share our love of Tampa Heights & craftsman bungalow architecture.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Tampa Heights was Tampa's first suburb. Its close to everything and a big draw for locals and tourists alike with Armature Works, Ulele, Roca, The Riverwalk and the newly minted Kosen. It's urban but still retains some quite and quaintness of the suburbs. Its definitely still classified as up and coming with some multimillion dollar homes and some that are a lot less. But overall the location of Tampa Heights is unbeatable and everything is fresh and exciting as its growing rapidly!

The location and walkability is unbeatable for Tampa Heights. We're just 4 blocks to Armature Works, Ulele, and The Riverwalk. Close to downtown and Ybor as well as the airport, Raymond James stadium and Amelie arena. In addition to our awesome location, this home showcases our love of architecture and design. The build was completed in October of 2023 and professionally designed with your comfort in mind. We also have curated private outdoor space that you don't usually get so close to downtown.
