Separat privat 1 rum Casita. "Casita" betyder litet hus på spanska. Denna casita är ett fristående litet hem hemifrån ungefär storleken på ett genomsnittligt hotellrum. Casita har en queen size-säng, minikyl, mikrovågsugn, kaffebryggare, 32 'TV med satellit, brödrost, elektrisk kokplatta (ingen spis), 3/4 badrum, tvättmaskin / torktumlare och WIFI internetuppkoppling. Pack-n-play tillgängligt om det behövs för dem som reser med spädbarn eller barn.
Rummet har också en takfläkt och värme / AC.

Quiet room in quiet neighborhood

The host was very nice in messaging us and keeping us up to date on check-in. The room is about the size of a hotel suite without the hotel noise. There's a nice water feature outside the room that masks any other noise. We definitely felt like we were staying at someone's house. We never saw the hosts, but the room is right by their open front door. Less like the Vrbo properties we are used to. The washer/dryer buzzer is startling, but you get used to it. We were asked to strip the bed and throw everything in the washer when we left. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning easy to control. It has a large refrigerator and a microwave. It was a good place to stay for our purposes, and the price was right.

Great place to stay while in the area

Much better than a hotel room, having a kitchen with a microwave and air fryer was very convenient. Easy access to roads leading to Rio Rancho or to downtown Albuquerque. It is street parking, but the neighborhood feels safe, we had no problems.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The residence was immaculate and far exceeded our expectations. We had a couple of small issues, but they were immediately addressed. Also, Communication was excellent at all hours. We look forward to staying here again

Better Than The Pics

Super nice place! Great neighborhood, very clean, nice towels, etc... It also has dishes, pots, pans, air fryer, hot plate, Keurig, silverware, iron, an ironing board, and a good-sized refrigerator. Everything was super quiet and safe. Its perfect for the business professional who needs a quiet place to focus on the task at hand. Five Star- highly recommend. Ohh and the management is super nice.

Safe and Comfortable

We enjoyed our stay. The casita was clean and comfortable. The water feature was an added plus, soothing while relaxing. We would love to stay again when visiting Rio Rancho/Albuquerque.

Everything You Need!

Beautiful and clean accommodations! We totally recommend this property. The hosts were always accessible and responsive. The apartment is quiet, the bed and pillows extremely comfortable, and it offers everything you need in the kitchen including an air fryer. New and lovely furnishings and a water feature at the front door.

Loved this place!

We stayed here for a few nights, so pleased we chose it vs hotel! The entrance is like entering a spa with a relaxing waterfall. It had coffee maker, refrigerator that was larger than a mini, air fryer, toaster, wine glasses, silverware, washer/dryer so we were able to get home with clean clothes! That was a PLUS! Everything was so clean, we really enjoyed our stay!

Felt like home

The stidio was just as it showed. Quiet neighborhood. I felt very safe walking my dog at 5am or 7pm. Very clean and has great views!! Will definitely stay there again!!

A lovely little casita with everything

This little space is so nicely appointed with so many unexpected extras! We loved it and I would absolutely stay here again - if I don’t have a dog. Though the neighborhood is beautiful and felt safe, we needed to take our dog to one of 2 small parks each 3 to 4 blocks away. While that’s great during the day, for dark morning and evening outings, in winter, it’s not ideal. That said, this casita gets 5+ stars; it’s a gem!!
