We arrived at the gated entrance on Feb 18th 2018 in the rain and entered to Gate Code they gave us. It did not open the gate at all..... but instead it dialed somebody's voicemail? After rummaging through luggage and papers we found the "call us anytime if there's a problem number" to plead for immediate help on how to get our car through the gate.
It was another voicemail
It's been 14 days now....so I guess it would be fair to assume they aren't going to call me back. Some other residents took pity on us getting soaked in the rain and showed us the "gate card system" that was not explained anywhere in the info we were given.
And oh yeah by the way.....if your maintenance people ever do drop by the unit, they should look at replacing that shower curtain that has extensive black mould on it.
