The Villa is 1 mile from the Atlanta University [Spelman, Morehouse, Morris Brown, Clark], 2.4 miles from Mercedes Benz Stadium, 1.3 miles from the West End Marta Station, and 10 miles from Hartsfield International Airport. Whether you're in town for a party or game, this villa with multiple photo ops is ready for it's close-up.

The red and blue full kitchen is ready for a homecooked meal. The dining area features a hand painted wall mural by international artist Suga Lane. The powder room on the main level includes the laundry, with a full washer and dryer. Upstairs, every bedroom has been designed with both comfort and beauty in mind, showcasing modern design and custom color. The Gold Room features a queen bed with luxe SERTA mattress, a hand painted mural wall with calming hues of greige, walk in closet, and smart TV. The Emerald Room with a full bed features deep hues of green and gray, with a hand painted accent wall and a rare collectors' RED Bull mini-fridge. The Blue Room with it's queen bed, calms and energizes with varying shades of blue. The shared gray and gold full bath / shower is in the upstairs hall.

We welcome families with children to enjoy the villa, and provide numerous accommodations for your little ones including luxury stroller [Expeditions], vintage wood high chair, kid sleeping cot, and wood adjustable baby gate.
* $50 FEE- Baby / Infant high chair, cot, stroller, and gate are stored off site. If you would like these items set up in the villa, please request asap so we can have them available and please send the $50 fee to confirm.

As an add-on, events are allowed at the villa, as well as the large back yard so the earlier you book your event, the more beautiful we can make your event.
