Upon booking you'll receive a custom Digital Guidebook with our favorite local recommendations and house manual, as well as access to concierge add-ons for purchase in our Marketplace like transportation arrangement, mid-stay cleans, grocery delivery, dog walking, and itinerary planning. Tamarack Resort is a four-season destination 90 miles north of Boise; it's the perfect basecamp for your west central Idaho adventures, located between the recreation opportunities in Cascade and McCall or those further afield. Nestled on 3,500 acres with 2,800 feet of vertical and adjacent to Lake Cascade, it offers year-round recreation, including some of the best skiing and snowboarding in Idaho, Nordic and snowshoe trails, hiking, downhill and cross country mountain biking, zipline tours, whitewater rafting, and motorized and non-motorized water sports, as well as the award-winning Osprey Meadows Golf Course. You'll have the entire home to yourself, including a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, private keyless entry, in-unit washer and dryer, covered deck, attached garage, + private hot tub.

You'll also have access to the numerous amenities offered by Tamarack Resort; gas firepit at the Lodge at Osprey Meadows, pickleball courts, disc golf, and resort cross-country hiking/biking trails.

Located in the peaceful Clearwater neighborhood of Tamarack Resort and DIRECTLY in front of the Buttercup Chairlift, Alpine Escape is the perfect SKI IN/OUT basecamp for all of your Tamarack and Valley County adventures! This rustic yet modern three-story townhome feels extremely private, with mountain views to the west and forest views to the east. Quick access to the Buttercup Trail System and groomed Nordic trails makes this the ideal location for summer hiking/biking, as well as winter exploring! Maximum occupancy is 6 people.

OPEN FLOOR PLAN
Open concept main level features a full bath, fully-equipped kitchen for cooking/baking at home w/ drip coffeemaker, cozy living area with a wood fireplace, 24' vaulted ceiling, and plenty of windows to take in the scenic mountain views. The spacious dining table is perfect for meals at home and seats six. High chair and game/book selection available.

PRIMARY BEDROOM
Enjoy the comforts of your King bed and relax in the spa-like ensuite, complete with a large soaker tub and walk-in shower. The primary bedroom is upstairs on the second floor and feels extra private. Pack n' play included in the spacious walk-in closet.

GUEST BEDROOM #1
Queen bedroom with Jack & Jill Bathroom and walkout access to the hot tub. Both guests bedrooms are downstairs in the daylight basement. All bedrooms have smart TVs (bring your own logins).

GUEST BEDROOM #2
The two-Twin bedroom connects to the Jack & Jill bathroom and has a large walk-in closet; this room also offers walkout access to the hot tub. A full-sized laundry room with in-unit washer/dryer and utility sink is also located on this level.

OUTDOOR LIVING
Alpine Escape has an exceptionally private covered back patio on the main level, overlooking peaceful alpine forest; it's the perfect place to start your day with coffee and the sounds of nature, or you have a cookout on the gas BBQ grill. A soak in your private hot tub is the ideal way to après or unwind after a day on the mountain. The heated attached garage is a winter luxury! FYI This property does NOT have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort, and we recommend opening windows in the evening and closing them during the day.

PARKING
There's a one-car attached garage, and the driveway can accommodate one additional car. For Guests with over-sized vehicles or boats, parking permits can be purchased from Tamarack Outfitters for the Aspen Parking Lot. Please call ahead to confirm availability.

RECOMMENDATIONS:
*If you're flying into Boise International Airport, we recommend renting a vehicle directly from the airport.

*It's possible to get an Uber from Boise/BOI to Tamarack Resort, although it's not necessarily a reliable mode of travel; depending on your arrival time and season, you may have difficulty finding a driver who will accept your ride. Uber is not currently accepting advance reservations for trips to Tamarack Resort from Boise; on-demand rides will be your only option.

*If you're traveling in winter or you plan to enjoy the many off-roading adventures available in Valley County, we HIGHLY recommend a 4WD vehicle.
