Det fantastiska Sunset Beach House ligger på en sandstrand i den mest soliga delen av Maui. Detta 3 sovrum hem kommer att vara den perfekta platsen för din grupp vänner eller familj. Njut av ditt eget gated lyxhem direkt på stranden för ungefär samma pris som att rymma din grupp i en lägenhetskomplex. .

Det stora sovrummet har en fullständig havsutsikt och sin egen Lanai. Och vilken utsikt! Även dusch har en fantastisk utsikt. Se månen i havet från din säng. Låt ljudet från vågorna sova dig.

Det finns en täckt lanai med bord för uteservering. Havet, stranden, den stora gräsmattan och spa ger barn i alla åldrar gott om platser att koppla av eller leka på.

Även om vårt hem ligger på en lugn gata, är vi gångavstånd från restauranger, shopping, kaféer, livsmedelsbutiker, utomhusmarknader och parker med lekplatser.

Stranden bakom hemmet sträcker sig långt i båda riktningarna. Boogiebrädor, gräsmatta och sandleksaker finns i huset. Vattenleksaker som kajaker och surfbrädor kan hyras i närheten.

Under valssäsongen (december - mars) är vattnet bakom vårt hem en gynnad plats för knölvalar, särskilt mödrar och nyfödda barn. De är aktiva akrobater och det är spännande att se dem spela.

Peaceful stay-close to local favorites

While the only consideration would be some updating in the home let me share that this home created an opportunity for our family to come in for a friend's daughter's wedding and share memories together that no resort could have offered. The views from the home of the beautiful palm trees and the ocean and the ability to walk just a few steps to the beach that mostly was our own unless the turtles came up to sleep at night, were breathtaking. We had three adult children with us, all in their 20s and my wife and I and we couldn't have been more pleased. We took short walks to an amazing restaurant and short drives to local farmers markets. The owner of the house was extremely communicative, and this was as close to being a local and living on the ocean as one is going to get. Would we go back - absolutely.

Best Location

The house is in a location that has the best weather on the island. Situated on the beech the view was incredible. Sleeping at night with the windows open and listening to the waves was so relaxing. The house had living and bedrooms on both floors making it ideal for large families.

Amazing property!

This is an amazing property and the hosts are super attentive, responsive and helpful. The sunsets are incredible! We’ll be back and we’ll definitely stay here again!

Wonderful house

We had a great stay. The view is unparalleled, and it’s so nice to be right on the beach. The house is well equipped with everything you need from snorkels and beach chairs to towels and coolers. My nephew loved playing with the beach toys and running on the lawn!

Beautiful home by the beach

We love this house; it's our second time visiting Kihei and this house is perfectly located near restaurants and stores in walking distance. Nice quiet street. The beach is beautiful. The house is well stocked. We will be coming back every year : )

Beautiful house and incredible location

We absolutely enjoyed staying at this house. The Owner and Property manager were very responsive and responded to our questions timely. The house is clean and has all the accessories that we needed. We had our 8 month old Granddaughter along and they had all needs for young kids like a pack n play, high chair and accessories bc we needed. The location of the house is very close to great restaurants and grocery stores. The water view from the lanai is beautiful along with the sunsets every evening. We had an incredible family stay at this Sunset House!

Perfect Home By the Beach

We had a wonderful week as first time visitors to Maui staying at Bryce and Beebee’s Sunset Beach House. Traveling with 3 generations of family, the home was perfect for us. It had the feel of staying at a friend’s vacation home because of all the thoughtful touches from people who have actually lived there. They had everything we needed to have a wonderful stay, cook at home, and enjoy the beach. My dad enjoyed the selection of books, picking out a few neat ones on Hawaii’s history; they had beach equipment galore that made things more fun for each of us, from 14m to 75y (umbrellas, chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, snorkel equipment and beach shoes which were super helpful); they even had curly straws that worked for the fresh coconuts we picked up and storage containers for leftovers. For those of you coming with babies or toddlers, they even had a highchair! The two baby gates work in the house, but you’ll need to get creative for the outdoor stair on the big lanai, though we had no issues. Their directions and communication leading up to and throughout the stay was wonderful. The fruit trees on the property were an unexpected delight, and having a grocery store, lots of restaurants, and food truck garden just blocks away was great. We spent most of our time on the lanai watching the beautiful sunsets and taking in the serene surroundings. We would absolutely recommend staying here for your family’s vacation! Thanks again!

Family Vacation

We had three generations of family together on vacation and the Sunset Beach House was fantastic. The house was as-described and included everything we needed. The owners and property manager (Tara) were responsive, informative and accommodating. Beachfront, and still very convenient to restaurants and shopping.

Fabulous Location on Beach

Very convenient accommodations right on the beach. Master bedroom suite upstairs has beautiful views of beach. A good selection of restaurants is within easy walking distance. We counted 23 turtles that came up to sleep on the beach nearby!

Family Vacation in Paradise!

We had 5 adults staying at "The Sunset Beach House" (the book Bryce & Bee-Bee made showing the design/building of the house is a must-see). From the moment we walked onto the top floor and opened the sliding doors to hear waves crashing on the beach 100 yards away we knew it was going to be special. The house is exactly what it appears on VRBO, but trust me, it will far exceed your expectations! The beds were all very comfy, there were fans in every bedroom that we utilized frequently. 90% of the time A/C wasn't necessary but they do have individual units in each room to cool everything down if necessary. TONS of ocean toys for adults and I think the most toys for building sandcastles I've ever seen in one place, if you have little ones they will ask to come back again and again. My fiance and I just got engaged and are considering getting married on Maui, we can't wait to return to the Sunset Beach House with our little keiki and make many more special memories. Thank you for an incredible stay and experience! Mahalo Nui Loa!!

Great property with a great view

Our family had a great time at this beautiful property. Peaceful and perfect location to watch the sunset every evening. Well appointed with all you need. Side note: the coffee maker is for ground coffee not for Keurig kcups, in case you stop at Costco on your way to the house. :)

Great Vacation House

Our extended family of 6 adults had a wonderful stay. Everything is as described and as shown in the pictures; in fact, the photos don't do justice to the beach. You could easily stroll down the beach for 20 minutes in either direction. The place was clean and well-furnished, the beds comfortable, the air conditioning in the bedrooms reliable, and the rest of the house was kept comfortable just by opening the windows and doors. The location is convenient and the owners are very communicative. Easy to recommend.

Sunset Beach Indeed!

The ocean is right in the backyard of the Sunset Beach House! We enjoyed the spectacular view most often from the hammock and lanai. We walked the beach on a full moon night and found 19 sea turtles. Magical! The house is open, spacious and beautiful. The bedrooms were comfortable with air conditioning if wanted. Beach chairs and boogie boards are available to use. There was a small ant problem in the kitchen, but we could tell the property manager was already aware as traps were set before we arrived. Easy walk to the grocery store, coffee shop, restaurants and shopping. We happily stumbled upon a 4th Friday event at the nearby marketplace that had live music, food trucks and lots of open air vendors. It was fantastic! If you jump in your Jeep rental and turn right out of the neighborhood, you’ll find a local surf spot, park, playground and restaurants/shops maybe 5 minutes away. Thank you to the Sunset Beach House for a wonderful vacation!!

Kihei’s crown jewel

The moment we stepped into the Sunset Beach House we knew we were home. Our favorite way to travel is through house rentals because we love to spend time in the house. This house is our favorite by far. The location is perfect (20 minutes from the airport) and the view is breathtaking. Everything you need is within a 1 mile radius. There are tons of restaurants and shopping as well as South Maui Gardens (great food trucks!). There is even a gym and supermarket within walking distance. The decor is warm and inviting, reflecting the sunset theme. The beds are comfortable and there is more than enough room for a family. Everyone had their own space! We spent many evenings eating dinner and watching the sunset on the back porch. Although we scheduled many activities, we always looked forward to a chill day spent in the backyard on the beach. Bryce and Tara (property manager) were great communicators and made us feel welcome. Those are the big things. Now for the small things that really make a difference: a well stocked kitchen with sauces and spices as well as any small appliance you may need, hairdryers and sundries in the bathrooms, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach towels, sand toys, and boogie boards in the basement. We never got to the kayaks, but they are there as well! If you want to feel at home in Maui, this is the place to be! We will be back!

Amazing Vacation Spot

Amazing

Property was Amazing! Backyard was as described with accurate photos! Kitchen was fully stocked. Location was prime to grocery store and restaurants. Was a family of 7 including 2 grandkids 6 and 3 yrs old.. kids loved the huge backyard, finding sea shells and seeing huge turtles come up on the beach at night. Would definitely recommend this home!

The best sunset property ever!

The house is located in the quiet town of Kihei and is conveniently located near shopping and restaurants as well as many tourist attractions. The back of the house faces west and thus has great year round sunset views. Owners are very responsive to any needs. I would definitely stay here again.

The best part of maui … with the most incredible host! Bryce and Beebe are now family!

Well let me tell you. If you don’t stay here you just passed up one of the best places you will ever get the pleasure of staying at in a lifetime. Bryce was out of town so I got to talk with the o so sweet beebe my new friend. We talked and it was like we knew each other for years as some of the same stuff in my life has happened in hers. Her daughter Courtney came in a day after we got there talk about a sweet lady! She was so helpful and just like her mom nice . The place was breathtaking . I’m so sad to be home and wish this home was mine. They have a gem and if you ever get the pleasure of staying here . Don’t hesitate book book it’s a amazing house.

My wife and I spend most of the year in Lake Oswego, Oregon. Three of our daughters and their families are nearby. A fourth daughter lives in Utah. We spend 2 months per year in our Maui home.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Windsurfing took us to Maui for vacations starting in the 80's. We ended up loving the place and we built our beachfront vacation home there in 2000.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Almost everything I like to do in Maui I can do in my own back yard. Nearly every water sport you can think of is possible at one time or another, depending on weather and waves. Or, if we prefer to relax, it would be difficult to find a better place for that.

Part of the pleasure of owning this home is sharing it with people and hearing them talk about how much they love it.
