Perfect Ski Weekend Stay

The cabin was charming, the kitchen was stocked with tools for cooking, and the wood fired hot tub was magical. It's a perfect place for families or a couple who are looking for a Catskills getaway or are skiing in the area. Would definitely come back.

Very lovely, clean, quiet house. Such a peaceful weekend away and the house was adorable. Between the wood fire stove, hot tub, and projector it’s such a fun time!!

Our stay this past August at this charming, beautiful home surrounded by trees, forest, creek, and open skies was fantastic. Our king size bed was very comfortable, and having two bathrooms very convenient. Our friends who visited for one night during our stay reported the queen-size bed in the guest bedroom to be quite comfy as well. Everything when we arrived was clean, and the place is conveniently furnished with cooking and baking utensils, electric stove, large size refrigerator, a Koerig coffee maker with coffee pods, coffee maker, coffee grinder, high-tech washer and dryer, and other supplies. There is a screen you can pull down to watch TV using a Nebula projector with Roku attachment. Outside you fill find a beautiful deck with table and chairs, a charcoal barbecue, a fire pit and our favorite - a wood burning hot tub which we used 4 times in our 12 day visit. It takes a bit of work to get the hot tub fire going but you get the hang of it and it is well worth it under the stars. We ate every day outside on the deck in the fresh summer air & the chirping of cicadas. Hosts Crystal & Sean were absolutely lovely and quick to respond when we had questions. The house is near to Prattsville, Windham and - especially good for winter vacationers - Hunter mountain. It is about 45 to 60 minutes to the towns of Hudson (and the Amtrak station), Phoenicia, Woodstock and Kingston. All in all, we had a great, peaceful time and I would recommend this house to anyone.

Ski trip at Windham

We had a great time and had no issues. 6 of us stayed in the house and it was the perfect size and a very nice layout. If your planning on skiing at Windham it is a very easy drive to the mountain. 100% would stay there again! The host had amazing communication and was very helpful!
