Noise

Great area. Traffic is extremely loud all night. It can be heard throughout the condo. Unit sits on main highway making patio virtually unusable. Condo very clean and well furnished. Traffic is horrible on over seas highway making left hand turns very dangerous. Pool very nice but not enough chairs. Spiral staircase can be very dangerous carrying bags upstairs. Shark fishing off pier is excellent. Restaurants have beautiful view but very expensive for mediocre food.

The location is so nice as it is close to all kinds of shopping. The sunsets are perfect!!

Fabulous!

This place truly is a “jewel.” The location is perfect. Plenty of places to eat and shop in addition to the great little beach and beautiful pool both located within the complex. I will be staying here again, for sure. Hilda and Mario are the best hosts. Great communication and easy to follow instructions for checking in and out. Also, very clean and comfortable....thanks again.

Well equipped and comfortable

The unit was very clean and ready when we arrived. The furnishings and decor are very tasteful, and of high quality. We felt very comfortable there as it was like staying in our own home. During our month's stay we did have some minor issues, but the owner was there the next day to take care of them. The pool and clubhouse are first quality, and the grounds are very well kept. Fishing from the pier, was a hit with our grandson, and he met many other young fishermen there. Many people come down to the beach and pier for sunset every evening, and we met many nice folks enjoying the beautiful view there. We couldn't have enjoyed it more and have already booked for 2019.

Wonderful Place to Stay

My husband and I stayed at A8 for six weeks in January and February of 2018. The townhouse itself is beautifully decorated and had a kitchen stocked with just about every utensil a cook would need. The beds were comfortable. We read a previous review about the road noise from the highway, but that wasn't a big issue for us as we use a bluetooth speaker to play soft music while we sleep. The grounds were well kept, and the people staying in Executive Bay Club were friendly. My favorite spots were the beach and the pier; we could spot sealife in both places and sunset viewing from the pier was very enjoyable. The owner was very attentive to our needs. All-in-all we had a great time at A8.

Clean, New, Fresh in great community

This condo is newly updated, Great kitchen / baths and nice new furniture. Very Very clean and well stocked. The community is fantastic and friendly. Clean Pool, beautiful groomed sand beach (step down entry to ocean) and great pier for watching sunsets, docking boats or paddle boarding from. We love executive bay club!!! we will be back!!!! Note, this unit is approx. 10 yards from the main highway and there is road noise in the bedrooms, we solutioned with a noise maker to drown out road noise.
