This two bedroom condo is the perfect base for your stay in sunny Malta! Located in a modern Block just short walk from the beautiful Msida waterfront, it offers easy access to the popular promenade of Ta Xbiex, Gzira, Sliema and St.Julians, with stunning views of Marsamxett Harbour.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including a living/dining area opening up to a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom with a wall hung aircondition. The Bathroom includes a shower cubicle with soaps required. The unit also features free WiFi. Conveniently located just a short walk from Lidl supermarket. With public transport available at your door step , its easy to explore the area's trendy promenade cafes, restaurants, boat trips and Sliema busy shopping center. The University of Malta and Mater Dei Hospital are only 15 min walk way. Two sets of towels per person and one set of linen per bed are provided. I am a self employed woman, who likes to deal in property, buy apartments and renting them for long and even short lets. My pleasure is to try and keep my guests happy as possible and help them with some information when needed. My job is to make sure that the property is clean and tidy after the cleaners leave the apartment for the next check in.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
I buy all my properties in Msida. It is very central and very close to Ta Xbiex, Gzira, Sliema and St. Julians. I even bought my own apartment in the same area of these apartments, it is lovely.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
I design all the furniture of the apartments as i am a furniture designer. The furniture is very modern and all brand new. All my apartments are fully air conditioned, and equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, oven, hob and also dishwasher.
