The views of the ocean from the inside of this family home is a must see! The house is beautiful and well stocked with all of the essentials. Beds are very comfortable. Location is perfect with beach access with crossover #16 right next door. It is near the center of town, close to the grocery store, gas station and restaurants. On our large balcony you can choose a spot to sunbathe, or relax in the shade reading on the hammoch while enjoying the sounds of the waves and the ocean breeze. There is room to grill outdoors with 2 large tables in the shade for outside dining. Sipping coffee or wine in our overlarge rocking chairs to watch the Sunrises and Sunsets are the best therapy you could ask for! We also have Ocean views from the master bed and a private balcony if want to step iut to stargaze! The Master Suite also includes a TV and an extra large handicapped capable walk-in shower!
We have Wireless internet with a big flat screen TV in living room, and in downstairs bedroom! Two added luxuries are a Ice machine for hot days and a Fireplace for cold nights!! An Elevator is available (arrangements must be made in advance)
In addition to the 4 full baths in the house, this location also features an outdoor, open area shower. Sol et terre is our family home where we enjoy a surf teeming with fish, crabs and/or shrimp! The kids have accesss to a shaded sandpit with tons of sand and water toys .
