Here's the perfect place to enjoy family time.
The land is large and intimate. A private indoor pool, heated and functional year-round.
The house is well tconfigured so everybody has room to enjoy their stay.

On the main floor are the kitchen, dining room and lounge area. This area is open-plan and overlooks the indoor pool.
There is also access to the pool room.
The pool room has a separate bathroom and shower. The pool is heated.
The second floor has a bedroom with two bunk beds, so 4 single beds.
The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a master bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing feasts.
The house has two distinct sections linked by an interior access.
In the second part, there's the main living room, a bedroom with queen-size bed and a master bathroom.
There's also a room with a ping-pong table.
There's a screened-in veranda.
Guest Access:
The entire house, indoor pool and outdoor backyard.
Crib and high chair.
Outdoor fireplace.
The Neighborhood:
The area is fairly isolated. You'll need to bring your own groceries. The nearest village is Saint Gabriel de Brandon (20 minutes from the house).
Quad and ski-doo trails are close to the cottage.
The PĂ©piniĂšre family farm in Saint Didace is 15 minutes away.
Zoo animalia is 25 minutes away.
Saint Ursule Falls 25 minutes.
Vignoble saint Gabriel de Brandon 25 minutes.
Other Things to Note:
There is little or no cellular network.
Internet is by satellite, so it may be intermittent, and the signal depends on the weather.
