Perfect!!!

The apartment is superb!!! Clean - well maintened, great views..Definitely will recommend to everybody. The owner was great, very friendly and helpful Thank You Johana for everything!!

Great location and property! Literally on the beach, oceanfront, with large wrap around balcony.

My wife and I were very impressed with the elegance of the unit and loved the floor to ceiling windows and balcony access from both bedrooms. Perfect for watching the sun rise in the morning and listening to the ocean at night. The 11th floor was high enough to enjoy the awesome views and still feel connected to all of the activity on the beach. My son truly enjoyed jet skiing. We enjoyed both the beach and the building's swimming pool. The gym had everything we needed and there is a jogging path nearby. Having access to the pier and its onsite restaurant was very convenient and the food was very good. The property manager (Johana) was great to work with and extremely responsive. My wife and I would definitely visit this property again and look forward to coming back in the very near future. Awesome vacation!

OMG! Great View and Great Condo

The Condo is immaculate. My family and I enjoyed our stay and definitely will stay again. There were toys there for my kids to enjoy. The view from the condo is breathtaking. Nothing like waking up in the morning with the sun rising in the bedroom. The beach is only a few steps from the condo which was very convenient. Also, there are plenty of food places to eat in the area that are within walking distance. Valet parking of the vehicle was awesome and extremely convenient. The staff brought everything to us, from our luggage to groceries or anything else we needed assistance with. The only complaint I have has to do with the WiFi as it was extremely unstable. I had to cut the breaker on and off multiple times each day. Since I work from home this was a huge frustration point. Other than that everything else was great as I said before.

Wonderful - Exceptional

Our stay was 2 months. LePerla is great and this unit is the best. Sunny Isles has tons of great restaurants and activities - 1/2 hour to South Beach / Miami or to Ft Lauderdale. This unit was exceptionally clean and directly overlooked the beach! Great staff there, too.

Tanto la ubicaciĂłn, la playa el servicio del condo y sobre todas las cosas, la asistencia permanente de su propietaria, ante la mĂ­nima necesidad. Es lo mejor que conozco en su categorĂ­a, de Miami, en los Ășltimos 20 años que me hospede en esa ciudad, no tengo palabras de elogios y agradecimiento para sus propietarios. Absolutely beautiful, modern and upscale property

This is by far the most modern, comfortable, spacious and well-kept upscale property we have been seen in Miami in years!! Designer renovation, top quality expensive furniture, appliances and amenities - coupled with an oceanfront view. Unlike others, this property is managed directly by the owner Johana - the nicest person and most trustworthy partner to deal with! After staying with Johana for the first time, we have made reservations with her for the next 12 -18 months. This is one of kind property and owner and we strongly recommend it to friends and family!

El lugar es sonado, la ubicación perfecta y el departamento que arrendamos impecable, con todas las comodidades y servicios, ideal para ir con niños o en pareja, muy comodo, nos hemos sentido muy a gusto ya que contaba con todo lo necesario. La atención de su dueña Johanna ha sido impecable, preocupada por cada detalle hasta el mas minimo, sobre todo porque viajåbamos con dos bebes. Recomendable 100 % !!!! excellent part.

the apart. is very nice, very comfortable the property was clean, looks new the owner provide all we need and more. we recomemmended that apart. 11 floor have very nice pace for kids. beach attention was very good restaurants rec. Carpaccio, Mozart (good meat ) all rest. around sunny isles are very good.

We bought this property in pre-construction. We were very happy when at the end of 2006 it was finally our home. We love Sunny Isle Beach is such a beautiful area with a lot of restaurants and places to go.
