Alla läckerheter i en oceanfront resort - simbassänger, tennis, grillning, 40-tums HDTV och så mycket mer - väntar dig på vår lägenhet på Ocean Village Club N14. Mindre än 5 minuters promenad från stranden är det ett mysigt och bekvämt fritidshus som du bara kommer att älska!

Från det avslappnade stället i vår snygga, skuggiga Lanai kan du titta på den gräsbevuxna gården och lukta den fräscha havsluften. Detta utomhusrum påminner dig om att de rullande vågorna och rena vita sandar av St. Augustine Beach ligger bara en promenad bort via en privat gångväg som tar dig direkt över de vackra sanddynerna. Så frestande, och så lätt att besöka bara en gång till innan solen börjar!

Lanai har 2 skjutdörrar: 1 som leder in i vardagsrummet, den andra in i sovrummet. Oavsett var du befinner dig i vår lägenhet ligger du bara några steg bort från det här härliga utomhusrummet.

Vardagsrummet är en mysig och bekväm plats för avkoppling eller underhållning. Plumpa, bekväma soffor omger en 40-tums HDTV med DVD-spelare. (Den större soffan öppnar sig i en säng för 2, vilket ger några lyckliga människor en fin utsikt över soluppgången!) Sätt in din musik eller en favoritfilm och slappna av, och lämna alla arbetsdagens bekymmer hemma. Du är på semester nu, och du kommer att ha tiden av ditt liv!

Precis utanför vardagsrummet är vårt matbord, inställt för 3 och bara rätt storlek för att dubbla som ett spelbord eller datacenter. Du har gratis trådlöst internet på Ocean Village Club House, så ta med elektroniken, förutom brädspel och kortspel!

Oavsett hur mycket eller hur lite matlagning du ska göra denna semester, är vårt nyligen uppdaterade kök förberedt för alla uppdrag du kan ställa dig själv. Välutrustat med stora och mindre apparater, köksredskap, diskmedel och redskap, det har allt du behöver för att smaka dagens fångst, piska upp ett hett aptitretare, eller enkelt skaka ut flingan. Med tidsparare som en brödrostugn, kaffebryggare, mikrovågsugn, mixer och ismaskin, kan du skynda dig genom dina köksmoment och komma tillbaka till åtgärden ännu snabbare. (Oroa dig inte - diskmaskinen kommer att rengöra allt för dig!)

Att spela spel, laga mat och titta på tv är roligt om du har tid, men en sak som varje semesterboende absolut behöver är en god natts sömn. Därför är sovrummet på Ocean Village Club N14 utformat för ett lugnt och avkopplande slummer. Du hittar en plump king size-säng, TV med videobandspelare, lässtol, hans och hennes lampor, och självklart din privata tillgång till Lanai. Njut av din tysta tid i det här rummet, njut av sena filmer, månsken glas vin eller helt enkelt sova så sent som möjligt varje morgon!

Precis utanför dörren till sovrummet är badrummet, med både ett badkar och dusch alternativ. Ha en lång, härlig blötläggning i detta obefläckade rena utrymme. Eller, om du är på väg till ditt nästa sightseeing äventyr, kasta en massa kläder i vår tvättmaskin. Du kan glömma dem tills du kommer tillbaka, det kastar dem i torken. Tvättservice tar ingen tid av din dag på Ocean Village Club N14!

Så mycket som du gillar tid i vår lägenhet, är platsen så bekväm att så många attraktioner som du inte får spendera så mycket tid hemma som du vill! Ocean Village Club-komplexet har alltid något nytt på erbjudandet, från shuffleboard till ett gym och ett utlåningsbibliotek.

I området runt Ocean Village Club hittar du världsklass golf, shopping, restauranger och sightseeing. Historiska st. Augustine är nära, liksom Intracoastal Waterway. Stora attraktioner som Disney World är en kort bilresa bort. Var ska man börja sin semester? - På Ocean Village Club N14, förstås!

Nice stay near the water

Check in was a little difficult as I had to crouch down to reach the lockbox with the key and the combination dials were very hard to read. Once in, the place was lovely. Kitchen was furnished. Would have been nice if a sample of coffee would've been available. Bed was comfy. Outdoor area was great for our dog. The walk to the beach was a little distance but worth it. The location was close to stores and restaurants so we could walk about everywhere. We would stay again.

Lovely, clean, well managed and maintained family friendly beach front condo! We loved the pools and the beach access! It was perfect! We will stay again! Was my husband and i and our 5 year old son.

Property was clean and perfect for our stay. Somewhat disappointed even though it's winter that the pool was not up and running and it was really dirty with no water in it whatsoever outside property looks like it had been not well maintained

Quick Visit to St Augustine

As always, a visit to St Augustine is pure JOY! This is the second time staying in this set of units. Our unit this time was a little farther from the beach, but the exclusive access is awesome! We visited the beach everyday and went into the city in the evening. The unit was excellent! Everything we needed was there, kitchen fully stocked and comfortable. I will definitely visit again soon! We were lucky this was available last minute as it was where we always love to stay!!

Great place to unwind.

The property was exactly what we needed. Walking distance to the beach, dog friendly, easy assess to the local area. The only complaint we had is that we were not notified that paper products would NOT be supplied, we stopped at the grocery store first. Also we were asked to start a load of laundry before we left and again there was no soap. But if you want a no fuss, close to beach, dog friendly, clean, comfortable and very relaxing this is the place for you. We will definetly be back, this time we will bring toilet paper. Thanks for having such a great affordable place.

Vacation getaway but close to home

We had a wonderful time at the beach and were very happy we could bring our dog. Welcoming neighbors and great weather. We went on the Old Towne Trolley and did a Tour of St Augustine Distilleries.

Very nice condo. Weather didn’t always cooperate. Had a little problem with screen door and bathroom sink but you responded quickly.

Inaccurate

This listing while semi clean was located almost on A1A and it was incredibly loud. I was under the impression this was on the ocean. I was told of views of the rock garden and this is also not true. The linens were loaded with fabric softener and the washer dryer was rusted. I did however enjoy although a long walk to the ocean bridge.

Great Birthday Trip Getaway

Great rental property

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. The screen has been replaced with new and was secure.. pet friendly really worked Ewell for us and our puppy. The beach is close to walk. It we drove onto the beach everyday and it only cost $10 per day and was very convenient since we had a lot of beach gear. Condo was clean and quite gred community.

Nice Vacation Home

This property was as shown on line. It was nicely decorated. Spacious enough for two people. The kitchen was well-equipped. Plenty of towels. We felt the walk to the beach was way too long from this building so we just drove onto the beach everyday. The pool was not close to this building either. Beach chairs provided were just OK. This location is very nice and close to restaurants and grocery stores. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this property.

Property was very nice & very clean.

Property was very relaxing. The decor was very soothing, and it had everything you would have at home.. Only thing the beach was a little far from the building we stayed at. But over all it was exactly what you see on the website. Highly recomend..Too bad the weather was not the best..

Overall a Good Stay

Really enjoyed the stay. Unit was updated and had everything we needed. When we arrived, however, the outer glass of the two-pane sliding glass door was broken, with a considerable amount of glass on the patio. We did not get a response from the Management company until Monday (we checked in Saturday). We were surprised that the cleaning company didn't see this, as it was a significant hazard.

Great time, but the porch was not screened in

Had a great time! Only disappointment was that the little patio/porch was not screened in as advertised. We have a dog and booked specifically because this property had screened in outside area. So for that reason I may notebook this property again. We will have to see.

St. Augustine - Beach

The property was just as it was pictured on the listing. Everything was clean and it was well stocked with kitchen needs and linens. The only negative is the location between the front drive of the property (a bit of traffic in and out at night) and A1A. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Bad Experience with VRBO and Property Management Company (VTrips)

This is a good unit. Clean and comfortable. It is not "less than a 5 min. walk from the beach" as advertised though. The property is right at the entrance of the complex, so it is a 15 min. walk from the unit to the beach, or you have to drive to the beach access, which was not bad. That said, the process of booking/adding an additional night was a nightmare ; booking a vacation shouldn't be this difficult. My daughter has autism and we were promised by VRBO customer service, before booking, that my daughter will be able to bring her emotional support animal (a small 18 lbs. Cocker Spaniel) at no extra cost. I had other options for rentals that accepted the emotional support animal, but VRBO insisted the owner/property management company (VTrips) will approve the dog at no extra cost and to go ahead and book it. This was not the case. Long story short, after talking to customer service reps and managers at both companies, there was a lack of honesty and accountability where each company will tell me to contact the other in order to resolve this. I was ready to cancel the reservation, but VRBO insisted they will pay the unit's pet fee ($150 - including pet registration). However, when the grace period for cancellation was over, they backed out of it. I ended up putting the dog in a kennel last minute being 10 hours away from home, and leaving my autistic daughter without her emotional support animal. As if this was not enough, we had to stay an extra night. Adding the extra night at the advertised rate on VRBO was a hassle even though the manager at VTrips said it was ok to add it at that rate, but as always they sent me to resolve everything with VRBO. I ended up paying a higher rate than advertised for that particular date, just to stay an extra night. Overall, customer service was terrible from both VRBO and VTrips telling the customer what he/she wants to hear until they charge your credit card. I was baffled by their complete disregard for my daughter's disability instead of being honest from the beginning that they could not accommodate the emotional support animal, and then we would have reserved a different rental. The unit is nice, but not worth the hassle.

Great Stay near St. Augustine

Property was nice and clean. Check out and in was easy. Our unit was a little more of a walk than we expected, but we managed. Pools were nice. We had an overall great stay.
