Trash pick up is on Tuesdays and Fridays. Do not put any regular trash in the small black recycle bins. If you are staying on the property on Monday or Wednesday night, please take out trash to the driveway alley and put it on the gravel facing outward. If you are checking in on a Tuesday or Thursday, trash cans might be on the street. Help us keep this property clean :)

We have a cleaning service but common courtesy still applies. An extra cleaning service fee will be charged if the property is left in extremely untidy/messy/dirty condition. An extra cleaning charge will be applied if guests leave trash outside other than the black garbage cart.
