Property was just as listed. It is an older building but great. It has a pier on site. It was very clean and had everything we needed. There is no elevator as stated when booked but not too many stairs. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean and cozy space with private beach entrance connected to the property. Lovely beach space close to pier. Excellent communication with property mgmt. Pool was closed for maintenance for the week when I was visiting (and I was staying for one night) but I had come for the ocean so that did not bother me. If pool is what you want perhaps check in first to confirm it’s open. The ocean is always open!

Amazing location within walking distance to restaurants, some shops, and a grocery store. Private pier and direct beach access with ample parking is very convenient.The unit itself was just ok. Pictures give an indication of it being in better condition than it actually is. Peeling paint on walls and ceiling in some places, slightly uneven floor, rusty vents, and lots of wear and tear on the trim and bathroom area. Kitchen and bathroom sink are recently replaced and are nice.Overall, not recommending against renting, just know you are getting a great location, but a worn unit in need of maintenance.

Pros: Great location. Right on the beach with access to an excellent pool and private pier. We’ve stayed in multiple properties over the years at the Sea Cabins and love how walkable it is. Easy check in process. Quiet with good neighbors. Cons: The property is small, with worn, dingy furniture. The rug in the front hall needs to be replaced and there were food? stains on the wall in the bedroom. There was only a thin blanket for the bed, and no additional blankets. The Sea Cabins are a more cost effective way to stay on the island, but are not luxury.

Our Favorite Sea Cabin unit so far!

We are return guests to the Sea Cabins and this is our favorite unit to date! It was very clean and well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The view of the beach and pier was excellent. The communication with SkyRun was great as well. When an issue arose we were able to quickly get in contact and have it resolved immediately. Will definitely try to stay in this unit again when we return!

The property was very clean and the kitchen was adequately equipped. We enjoyed have breakfast on the balcony looking at the ocean. The beach was great and the ocean water was warm. The only problem was a slight musty or mold smell which affected my allergies. My wife was not brothered or noticed the smell. After taking meds, I was not bothered.
