Great location, clean, spacious and nice sunrise views from the bedroom balconies. We didn’t cook or use the hot tub but the kitchen was well stocked and the out door space was very nice.

Great Place! Perfect Location!

This property is very well appointed- all things you need to be comfortable during your stay. Hot tub was a luxury after days long hikes. Excellent location- close to great hikes and food! Highly recommend this property- host is quick to respond and very helpful!

Great location

Enjoyed our stay at this property. Communicating with management was excellent, the kitchen was delightful for spending the evenings and cooking and the balconies overlooking the views could not have been any better. Sedona is definitely magical

We loved staying at the condo. My son said that the twin size bed was the most comfortable bed he’s ever slept in. Great location to all the hikes in the area.

Clean, homey, comfort!

This property was perfect! It was clean and good facilities. Nothing seemed old, broken, run down etc. The property owners were great communicators and the cleaning service obviously does a great job. Thank you so much for a great stay and if you have other properties in other places, I’d love to stay sometime.

Impressive views

This property became our home as soon as we walked in. It is a spacious townhome with a large kitchen/dining table area, granite counter tops, comfortable furniture, nice bedrooms each with own bath and balcony and a wonderful hot tub to soak in after long hikes, longer lines to get to the rock formations/Grand Canyon and sight-seeing. It's a perfect location, situated on the scenic trail, where we saw many stars on the one clear night. I would definitely recommend this VRBO townhouse if you are staying in Sedona area. Very easy to find, right off highway. We would come back for sure when we want to explore more of the area. Close to many natural wonders, tasty food and great shopping. Responsive host.

Poor management of nice unit

Location of the unit was great. Unfortunately our experience was overall quite negative. We had to request hot tub service be performed as there was no chlorine and the water looked really unclean. Service tech did come out, drained water and re-filled. We were unable to use hot tub for a significant portion of our stay. Owner claims damage of garbage disposal and charged cost of repair against our damage deposit. If the garbage disposal did indeed fail, I view this is as more of a wear and tear/cost of doing business kind of thing as opposed to at fault-damage caused by us. I can understand if we broke a window or stained the carpet but garbage disposals are just machinery and machinery has a service life and can fail without anyone damaging them. I spoke with the owner about this, offered to split costs with him, he declined and my impression is that he is unwilling to spend any money on this unit that could impact his profits. Potential renters be warned that anything that occurs on or around your stay will be construed as damage. I have stayed at 20+ VRBO locations and never had any claims of damage before. There are lots of places to stay in Sedona area. I would be cautious about staying at any units managed by this owner.

Great Sedona Stay

We loved our stay here! The setup was perfect for your group of 5 adults. We appreciated the twin beds in one of the bedrooms and liked that both bedrooms had their own bathroom. The unit was clean and comfortable and stocked with the basics that we needed. The hot tub was perfect for a relaxing dip after a day of hiking. The location as quiet and convenient and close to many great hikes. Highly recommended for a great stay in Sedona!

FAMILY RETURN TO SEDONA

This place was wonderful for two parents traveling with an adult daughter. Multiple bedrooms/bathrooms a great living room space and a kitchen to make family meals. With a hot tub in Unit G, we could relax and unwind before and after each day of hiking and enjoying the beauty of Sedona. While we are not golfers, the golf themed decorations made the place feel like a great home away from home. With a nearby grocery store and lots of nearby places to eat the location is great, and not very far from Sedona and all that the area offers. It was perfect for us. We would return here any time we need a great place with space for family.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We purchased this townhouse because of its location in the Village of Oak Creek, its proximity to restaurants, shopping and outdoor activities and it is zoned commercial so short term vacation rentals are not a problem. The townhouse is spacious (1240 SF) and built with the highest quality materials and furnishings such as granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The Village of Oak Creek which is in our opinion the best location in the Sedona area as the traffic is much less congested than West Sedona, Uptown Sedona or Oak Creek Canyon. We have great views of the Red Rocks. Sedona is one of the top tourist destinations in the world with year round travelers. Every day is a weekend.

Our townhouse is located close to Bell Rock, a favorite hiking spot in all of Sedona. Our townhouse has great views and is walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We provide coupons for 10% off at Cucina Rustica, a great Italian restaurant close to our townhouse. We are close to 3 golf courses, tennis, hiking and biking. There is a great bakery right across the street. We include a free round of golf at Canyon Mesa Country Club when you purchase another round, and discounted rates at Sedona Golf Resort, Oak Creek Country Club. Coupons are on our Welcome Table. All locations are close to our townhouse. We have an incredible 6 person hot tub on the back patio with great views of the Red Rocks and it is only for the use of our unit G renters. It seems to have a jet for every body part. It is so relaxing after a long day of hiking, biking or other outdoor activities.
