The Space:
Welcome to our charming cabin in Gatlinburg, Tennessee! With its breathtaking mountain views and cozy atmosphere, this is the perfect destination for a relaxing getaway with family and friends. Community Pool and playground!

This cabin features a spacious main level with two beautifully appointed bedrooms. The first bedroom offers a luxurious king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom complete with a jacuzzi tub and shower. The second bedroom also boasts a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and shower. Additionally, there is a twin-size sofa sleeper and a full-size sofa sleeper, providing extra sleeping space for larger groups. The open-concept kitchen and living room area is perfect for socializing and enjoying delicious meals together.

On the lower level, you will find two more bedrooms. The third bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and shower. The fourth bedroom is designed for the younger ones in the group, with two bunk beds totaling four twin beds and an ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and shower. This level also boasts a theater room, a game room, a pool table, and a hot tub, ensuring endless entertainment options for everyone.

The living room is equipped with a 65-inch smart TV, perfect for cozy movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. For sports enthusiasts or movie buffs, the theater room offers a larger-than-life experience with its impressive 75-inch TV. All bedrooms have their own TVs, except for the bunk room.

We understand that pets are part of the family, which is why we are happy to welcome well-behaved pets to our cabin. A fee of $125 per stay covers up to two pets. Please note that your pets must be crate trained, and we kindly request that you do not leave them unattended without a crate.

The cabin is easily accessible via a paved road, and there is parking available in the driveway for up to four cars. However, during inclement weather, we recommend having a 4WD vehicle for extra peace of mind.

For those chilly nights, cozy up by the fireplace in the living room and enjoy the warmth and ambiance it provides. If you prefer cooking outdoors, make use of the outdoor grill to prepare delicious meals while enjoying the fresh mountain air.

Coffee lovers will appreciate the choice of both a Keurig and drip coffee maker, ensuring you can start your day with a perfect cup of your preferred brew. Staying connected is easy with high-speed WiFi throughout the cabin.

We are dog friendly! Dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, up to 2 dogs included. We kindly ask that your dog is crate trained and not left unattended.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house- minus the locked owner's closet

Other Things to Note:
Primary Guest must be at least 21 years of age to book this property.

* No firearms allowed on the premises
* Check in 4pm, Check out 10am
* The community pool is not heated; it is open from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day each year.

GUEST VERIFICATION:
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.

Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:
- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.
- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.
- Paying a non-refundable $50 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out.

The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!
