A very nice room and house to stay in. There are shared spaces with other guests in other rooms. It is a great location with a very nice private back courtyard.

Neighborhood was amazing - scenic and good dining/entertainment options. The home had so much charm - very historic but well appointed and maintained. Good communication with owner. Guests should be aware that some amenities, such as dining room and kitchen, while spacious are communal with other guests.

Great location. Responsive owner.

We have stayed here three times for a reason. It has a great location with great restaurants and a drugstore nearby. This is a beautiful old house with stairs. We had a problem with the code to enter this time, but we contacted the owner and he provided a solution within 15 minutes.
