Have you been looking for a nicely furnished home with long or short term stay options? This is the place for you! A beautiful two bedroom townhouse with en suite bathrooms and a half bath downstairs. Each bedroom has a queen size bed. A complete kitchen with in unit washer and dryer! It’s located in Springdale, AR, just 10 minutes from the University of Arkansas and all the action that Northwest Arkansas has to offer! It is 5 miles to Downtown Fayetteville and legendary Dixon St, and the many wonderful breweries, dining, and shopping amenities. We are next door to barbecue that was voted best in America - Wrights Barbecue!

I rented the townhouse with my family to spend thanksgiving with my daughter that is a college student at the university of Fayetteville. The home is in a good location for restaurants and shopping.

This townhouse is in a great location with quick access to stores, restaurants, and the interstate. It’s also in a quiet location, which is a plus for me. The kitchen was well equipped. The townhouse itself is clean and well maintained. This is a great place to stay. I would rebook this place if back in the area.

Great Stay

Great stay on our recent trip to Fayetteville, it was very a clean, updated townhouse. Nice touches of products in bathroom, water in fridge and snacks were very much appreciated. I would recommend to anyone visiting kids at UARK.

So lovely

We loved our stay. They have all the creature comforts. It’s cozy and they add special touches that very few vrbo’s take the time to do. We will certainly use this one again when we are headed to Fayetteville!!! We really enjoyed the location as well!!!❀

Great place to stay for Razorback sporting event!

We were very pleased with your property. Everything was clean and as described. A couple of mentions for future renters, there is a staircase to the bedrooms are on the second level and coffee & filters are provided, which was nice. We did have to reach out to the owner about how to engage the shower but he responded quickly and also emailed directions. Thanks for a lovely stay, we'll book again in the future!
