Family time

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Beautiful clean place. Spacious rooms. Dishwasher was out when we got there. They never got it going and we had a large group so not what I wanted to deal with on vacation. They did have paper products delivered for us to use.

Thank you for your feedback! We're so glad you enjoyed the location and the spacious, clean environment of the home. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience the dishwasher caused during your stay—we understand how challenging that can be with a larger group. While we did provide paper products to help in the interim, we’re happy to share that the dishwasher has since been repaired and is fully operational for future guests. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back again soon!

Perfect Getaway at an Amazing Beach House!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I recently stayed at this stunning beach house on 30A, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! The location was ideal, just a short walk to the pristine beaches of 30a.. The house itself was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The open-concept living space was perfect for family gatherings, and the kitchen was a chef’s dream. We loved relaxing by the private pool in the evenings, and the nearby restaurants and shops offered plenty of options for dining and entertainment.

Vacation at Seaside Vibes

Our stay was wonderful, we enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen, the beds were so comfortable, the living room/kitchen gave allowed us to all be in room area when we cooked and ate meals together. The text that were sent to us checking on our stay and to ensure we didn't need anything was an added plus! The air conditioner did not work on the 2nd day and a repair man was sent and it was fixed with in about 2 hours of reporting the request. The pool area and chairs were an added plus, after spending the day at the beach we came back to the house and swam in the pool. The bikes and golf cart made it so convenient to travel to the food trucks at Seaside! We will definitly stay at this property again!

Gorgeous House in a Beautiful Community

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house definitely lives up to the description and photos. It is 3 blocks from the public beach and Seaside. It came with a golf cart and bicycles that we used and enjoyed. The downside here is that it is on the other side of Seaside proper, and locals live right there so if you plan on walking outside after 10PM this house isn't for you, unfortunately. Quiet time after 10pm. We had several problems during our stay, which were disappointing, however, the staff did the best they could to acknowledged or address promptly. The best part, July 4th fireworks at Seaside can be seen from the 3rd floor deck! You won't regret a stay in this area!

Thank you for sharing your experience. We're glad to hear the home lived up to your expectations and that you enjoyed the golf cart, bikes, and especially the July 4th fireworks view from the top deck — what a treat! We appreciate your understanding as our team worked quickly to address the issues that arose during your stay. While this property does sit in a residential area just outside Seaside proper, local quiet hours are in place out of respect for nearby full-time residents. We understand this can impact evening plans for some guests, and we do our best to share that in advance so expectations are aligned. We truly value your feedback and are happy you enjoyed your time overall. We'd love to welcome you back in the future!

Great location- right outside of Seaside neighborhood. 10 min max to the main square in Seaside and same to the beach. Super easy, breezy. Lots of space for three families and the pool was a good size and always cool.

Great location

We had eight adults and two 5 yo granddaughters. The bedrooms are lovely with very comfortable mattresses. Sea Side square is a easy five minute walk as well as the beach. The golf cart comes in handy if you don’t want to walk. All of the bathrooms offer a spacious shower. The furniture is comfortable, the pool is small but was adequate for our two five year olds. Would recommend this facility
