Description and pictures were very accurate. Checkin and checkout could not have been easier. For a small fee we were able to get an earlier checkin. Location for us was perfect. We only have one small thing that could be fixed, the ceiling fans and ceiling lights in bedrooms work off a remote. Multiple bedroom lights would come on randomly while trying to sleep while also having the fans on.

The pool was cold I tried to get the pool heated but had to pay for the entire stay. The knob on the washer was broken. First night we stayed in heat the air conditioning didn’t work proper, both they came out the next day to fix it. Need to remove propane tank of empty we thought we could use it.

Thank you for your feedback. I apologize for the issues you experienced with the pool temperature, washer, and air conditioning, and I appreciate your patience while they were addressed. I also appreciate your note about the propane tank — I’ll make sure this is removed and clarified for future guests. Your feedback is very helpful, and I’ll use it to improve the experience for everyone.
