Great value, excellent area, great to have a kitchen while traveling, comfy bed, hot water and the staff was always super helpful and accommodating. The WiFi wasn’t secure and bank said someone tried to get into My online banking while at the hotel so not their fault but do be careful

When we arrived, there were no towels or toilet paper, and we had to request them. I could tell they had just cleaned the room; the countertop was still wet. The stay was fine for one night.

No, there was no coffee pot, which I probably would not have used anyway, due to the filth around me, and there was no iron in the room, laundry room was locked, said employees only

Not only was I ripped off for my money and my canellation protection wasn't effective whatsoever...and the Hotel looked like the filthiest place ever...I didn't even get to stay in the room I booked after they took my money for the place in advance...they ruined a very special night for my fiancé and I and it will never be forgotten...

After arriving we noticed they are working on the property a bit but staying on 1st floor wasn’t too bad with construction. The hallways seemed recently redone. Our room smelled kind of damp but the AC worked well. No issues with the bed. In the bathrm, large amounts of caulk around the toilet that still appeared to leak a bit. There was a roach like bug in the shower on our last day. After reading reviews for the property on other sites it seems this is NOT a new issue. I notified the property manager. They said they’d talk to the hotel staff. It has been over a week. The hotel only supplied 2 towels for 2 people over 4 days, there was no turn down service, one trash can and this also never got replenished, and there were no water bottles for guests on the property. We had to buy powerade and pepsi that night. Is it the worst place to stay, no, but I definitely will not be returning if we come back to the area and would not recommend to others. This review is not a reflection of front desk staff, they were nice.

I checked in and immediately checked out. I gladly was willing to take a loss. From the moment I walked in the front desk was chaotic. Seemed to be the manager was loudly arguing with sounded like a 3rd party on the other side of the phone about whatever. Could have taken the call in the back where I spotted a phone. Then some girl from the back comes forward and starts handling things. Starts weirdly treating a customer who walked up to the front desk with hostility as if he was doing something wrong when all he did was walk up and she’s like “SIR PLEASE STEP BACK” …very weird and rude. When I step in my room it’s smells absolutely horrid like baby poop and wet dog. Wet rag left hanging in the bathroom and carpet lifted from the floor. Pretty bad. I felt disgusting standing there and didnt even want to set my stuff down anywhere so I just walked right back out. DONT STAY HERE IF YOU DONT HAVE TO

This place allowed crickets to invade the property. Come here is U want to sleep with crickets crawling everywhere, maybe 15 dead ones per room! What kind of hotel has 1 single door to enter the hotel?? The place operated like a prison…Ohh, don’t forget about the fire alarm that goes off at night 3 times!
