Family Time

We had a great time on our vacation. We enjoy spending time on the water. This property was great for floating on the river. We had a couple of small issues and the owners were quick to reply. Carpet was a bit dirty and to be expected for a vacation house. All and all we enjoyed the house and were comfortable.

Great Staycation spot

Had a great time. The pictures of the house and grounds do not do it justice. An amazing, quaint, quiet lot, right on the river. Had enough kayaks to take out with the whole family, and two nice bikes to ride. Would definitely stay again, and will for sure recommend to visiting family in the future

Family memories!

We had a fantastic visit! My husband and I celebrated our 35th anniversary with our adult children and their spouses. We enjoyed everything the property offered. The owners were very kind and attentive to our needs -thanks for a wonderful memory!

Nice quiet stay

Overall we had a really nice stay. We had a small issue where my husband couldn't find the base for the hot water pot but it was right where the hosts said it was. He was looking for a cord and not a base. We also had an issue with the TV in the living room changing channels to channels with the number 5 in them. We couldn't figure out what was going on but eventually discovered that it only changed when we moved around on the couch and found a remote under it. Once we moved the remote out from under the couch it stopped... amazing. Ha Ha It was a great vacation for us and we got some much needed "us" time. The best part was the peace and quiet. Thank you Brad and Dilya for making your home available and allowing us the time to spend together over the Christmas holiday.

Nice Place - Access to Water and Kayaks A Big Plus!

We enjoyed our time at Three Rivers Retreat. Kayaks available and access to Deschutes River was a big plus. Rental rate was a bit more reasonable than most VRBO’s in the area!

A great place to get right onto the deschutes. The kayaks are wonderful spacious. Two refrigerators plus the bikes can't beat it

Amazing home on the water

This house has everything! Comfortable beds.. very relaxing home. Bikes, Kayaks.. beautiful river access that’s easy to get to
 private dock. Friendly neighbors on both sides. WiFi to keep the kids happy! One level - no stairs except down the back deck. We had an amazing time and we’re already planning to book again for next summer!

Perfect location

Great house, everything was perfect, location ideal for skiing and vacationing in the bend area. House is in a forested setting with a second deck overlooking the inlet that has access to the river. Super hot tub and comfortable beds. Great for a family.

Great house

This is a great house to use as a base when exploring. The house is just south of Bend & was clean and well equipped. There were 6 kayaks to use in the creek in back of the house. There is also 3 bikes to use. Also a nice hot tub on the deck. I would definitely recommend.

Enjoyed, But!?

The stay was good, except we didn't realize how close the neighbors really are. We wanted a little peace and quiet , instead you can actually hear the neighbors from across the river or what not. Also it would be nice if host would have basic edible essentials , such as condiments, butter mayo, etc....Also, I understand picking up after yourself but when being asked to strip the beds and start a wash as well as start the dishwasher, really? Other places just ask ,not to make the beds. And we always pick up after ourselves and wash the dishes! Other than that it was nice!

Location location

A great place very spacious and well set up. I will say the pictures do not do it justice. The outdoor fire pit with glass and the hot tub was just wonderful! They are conditioning cool to living room but boy it was sure a hot house at night couldn't open the windows due to the fires. They do have fans but it was a hot one. Do you have wonderful bikes and kayaks no tubes you'll have to rent them.

Piece of heaven

We have come to SunRiver for over 40 years - we decided to book something on the river this year. Best decision we could have ever made. My family love rafting and the putting into and getting off the river have always been a little stressful. Not this year. We had the river outside our house. Kids rafted two or three times a day even in the rain. I spent each morning on the dock enjoying my coffee. Had a mother and three baby deer’s that visited twice a day. We were a short drive to sunriver but spent all our time at our place. Wonderful owners who thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable and worry free. All kinds of extras including life jackets and kayaks. I said rafting but my daughter in-law and I were the only rafters - the kids will all be getting kayaks after using the owners. Great vacation and perfect house and location. Thanks so very much
