This spacious 1-bedroom suite is ideal for couples, solo travelers, or small families seeking both relaxation and adventure in a riverside setting. With its cozy interior, shared outdoor amenities, and prime location, Suite 7 offers everything you need for a memorable stay in Lake Cowichan.

The open-concept living area is designed for comfort, featuring a cozy sofa (that also transforms into a queen-sized bed), perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The large windows let in plenty of natural light and offer calming views of the surrounding greenery. For your entertainment, there’s a flat-screen smart TV, ideal for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows.

The equipped kitchenette comes with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including n induction cooktop, air fryer, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Whether you’re cooking up a hearty breakfast before heading out on the lake or enjoying a quiet dinner in, the kitchen and dining area provide all the comforts of home. The dining table comfortably seats four, making it perfect for meals or game nights.

The bedroom features a plush queen-sized bed and twin bunk-beds with fresh linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. A closet offers plenty of space to unpack and settle in. The private bathroom is modern, with a tub and shower, fresh towels, and complimentary shampoo and conditioner provided for your convenience.

Outside, you’ll have shared access to the property’s outdoor amenities, including a riverside dock where you can swim, fish, or simply relax by the water’s edge. The communal firepit is perfect for evening gatherings under the stars, and the shared BBQ area is available for grilling up your favorite meals.

Guests can also enjoy the shared games room, a fun space to unwind after a day out exploring, grab a book or a board game and relax. For guests bringing bikes, an outdoor bike rack is available on site for convenient storage between rides and adventures.

What a gem

We really enjoyed our stay , the cabins were spotless and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for our family trip tubing down the river. Close to everything yet felt private. We enjoyed the backyard and the dock. Will stay again

Felt like a riverside retreat

We really enjoyed our stay, watching tubers floating by from our deck and launching ourselves from the dock. The interior was all very modern and had everything we could possibly need. Thank you!

Cowichan

We enjoyed our stay at the Cowichan Cottage. The location is close to everything, and the unit is well equipped. We would come back again sometime.

Perfect Location! Beautiful Accommodation!

The suite was in a perfect location! Easy to walk through town to shops and restaurants. The suite was clean, had nice modern appliances. The beds were all comfortable, even the pull out sofa. The outside was nicely maintained and had lots of outdoor seating. The dock was nice right on the river. Easy access and quick responses from staff for quick requests. I would recommend for sure!

Overall great stay!

The location is centrally located and is in walking distance to shops/restaurants in town. It’s located directly on the water and is peaceful. The suite was well equipped with bedding and kitchen supplies. One thing I did notice was the property was very dark and no lighting on the side of the property. I also found the booking process to be complicated and not user friendly. The virtual check in was easy but you have to make sure all the forms are filled out prior to arrival or you won’t get a code.

A little disappointed.

You should offer contact and info either email OR text. I don't do emails on phone. I left 4 days prior to the 1 night stay. Had no idea of the entry code or how to work the remote for heat( the room was very cold). (thank god my daughter had a connection for entry). I didn't know there wasn't a front desk to check in. There was no hot water!!! it was barely luke warm!! so no bath or shower !!! The bed was comfortable and I slept well.
