MesaVerte Residences is located in the middle of the busy Corrales and Osmeña Streets of Brgy. 26, Cagayan de Oro City. We only have 1 unit in the premises located at Tower 3, 6th floor.

1) Free unlimited Netflix on our TV (account logged in already). Wifi is optional (chargeable at 100/night).
2) Free common parking on-site on a “first come, first serve” basis (free until 6pm only. A penalty of Php1000 will be imposed beyond the allowed time). Parking slot rental is at Php300/night (overnight) subject to availability. Earlier arrangement is required to secure the slot.
3) Free swimming pool usage for up to 2 guests (chargeable from 3rd guest). Fee for day use (6am-6pm) is P200/pax and P300/pax for night use (6pm-9.30pm). Open on Tuesdays to Sundays. Mondays are for maintenance.
4) Gym fees per pax:
100 php for day use (6:00am to 6:00pm)
200 php for night use (6:00pm to 9:30pm)
5) Please leave our place as tidy as possible. Guests are requested to tidy the place when checking out.
6) Sticking or putting anything on the walls is not allowed as it may damage the paint.
7) All appliances are working well and tested prior every check-in. These appliances will be checked upon check-out to ensure no damage has been done. If damages found, guest will be accountable and shall pay for damage fee. Fees vary depending on the item damaged.
8) Hot & cold shower available. We provide maximum 2 towels per booking. Extra towel is chargeable at ₱150/pc.
9) No heavy cooking allowed to maintain cleanliness. But guests can use the rice cooker, electric kettle and mugs provided in the unit.
10) The unit is a 20sqm studio and is good for 3 guests. We do not have an extra bed/mattress for extra guests. Extra guest after 3 pax is chargeable at 300/pax/night.
11) Pets are not allowed. And smoking is strictly prohibited.
12) Cancellation and rescheduling is not allowed. Fees shall be non-refundable.
13) We will not be responsible to any property damages, injury of people and lost items caused by guests and/or caused to the guests during their stay period.

Requirements:
Guest must bring and submit a photocopy of ID (each guest) upon check-in. NO REQUIREMENT, NO CHECK-IN Policy.
