Denna 2-sovrum plus loft / 2-bad lägenhet med andra våningen ingår utsikt över Trail Creek och många omgivande bomulls träd. Med 1 300 kvadratmeter rymmer det upp till sex gäster. Dessa lägenheter erbjuder rena, enkla och enkla möbler. Vardagsrummet har en öppen spis i floden och ligger i anslutning till köket och matplatsen. Matbordet har plats för 6 och ytterligare fyra kan sitta vid frukostbaren. Däck utanför matsalen är mycket inbjudande för avkoppling på sommaren och har utomhusbord och stolar med utsikt över Trail Creek för din matglädje. Vardagsrummet har en 36-tums platt-TV, DVD, dockningsstation för i-pod och stereo med CD-kassettspelare. Det stora sovrummet på loftet har 26-tums platt-TV, king size-säng och takfläkt. Detta rum har högt i tak, bra ljus och vetter ut mot vardagsrummet nedan. Den har sitt eget badrum. Det huvudsakliga sovrummet med två tvillingar har tillgång till hallen i full storlek. Det tredje sovrummet är också på huvudnivån och har en queen size-säng och tillgång till hallen badet. Dessa lägenheter har en staplad tvättmaskin / torktumlare.
Komplexa funktioner: Bridgepoint Condominiums ligger i ett bekvämt hörn av Ketchum, bara några meter från bredden av Trail Creek. Great Spot

Super quiet, spacious and comfy, an outstanding location that is walking distance to River Run Lodge and downtown and all at a very affordable price. My only detractors are that that there is a serious carpenter ant problem in both the upstairs loft and in the kitchen and the common area hot tub had green and cloudy water that definitely was not being properly maintained by the HOA.

Great location for Sun Valley Ski Trip

Property was very clean and well stocked with supplies. Would stay again. Check in was a little confusing as I didn't receive (or couldn't locate old communications) instructions until the evening of our arrival date.

Comfortable

Comfortable accommodations. Nice location, very close to River Run lodge and to village of Ketchum with all the restaurants and shops. Easy to stay in and cook in the well stocked kitchen. Especially liked the comfortable beds and fireplace in the living room.

Cozy, comfortable place.

Great location, walk to town, restaurants, shops. Awesome bike path nearby. Arrived after hours, keys were not in lockbox. I guess someone forgot. Huge disappointment as we couldn’t enter property at 10pm, waited 45 for key to be dropped off.

Found the cleaning to be mediocre at best. Upstairs unit requires lots of stairs to load and unload. Unit below had a barking dog. Some usual amenities not provided such as foil wrap, coffee filters, plastic wrap. No firewood either but that’s unusual. Otherwise the unit was fine and as advertised. I won’t rebook this particular unit.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures are deceptive. The entire condo reeked and opening windows did not help. The carpet is in poor condition and wrinkled. The dining chair has a nail protruding from the seat that snagged clothes. The bathroom fan motor is loud beyond normal noise level. Very disappointed and will never stay here again until the entire place is upgraded and remodeled.

Great rental for a group!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Recently went here with a group of four adults and one child. It was the perfect size and we felt so comfortable for a multi-night stay. We loved the easy access to the river in the back as well as the deck to sit and enjoy a drink. Only downside was lack of air conditioning as we were staying in the summer during a heat wave, but thankful that they supplied fans. Would definitely recommend this unit!

Wonderful Winter Stay

Head the other direction for a short walk into town. Bedrooms are good size, and loft bedroom was really open and bright. Wood burning fireplace (with gas assist) was awesome.

Cozy ski condo, walk to the lifts!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo, well dated, was very clean and had everything you would want and in working order. The kitchen was FULLY stocked for cooking. The location was great for both walking to the lifts and walking into town. The bedrooms were well appointed, lots of coffee table books to look at and a few games to play. The wood burning fireplace was a big hit! The condo obviously hasn't been renovated in many years. But furniture was comfortable, water pressure in the showers were great. All around a wonderful stay. Looked as pictured in the listing. Very clean.

Great location

Location was excellent, very close to downtown and shuttle bus to River Run Plaza(ski area). The condo was very old, but nice. Downstairs bathroom was out of date, kitchen was short of few things. We had to wait for 40 minutes to check in.

This unit could be 4 stars but there is a gas leak from the water heater, mold under the cabinets and water stains on the ceiling. There were no visible carbon monoxide detectors and/or smoke detectors. The mgmt is not COVID safe, especially Barbara Wedman who only pulls up her mask when she approaches the counter. Also, employees were in the unit within minutes of checkin despite their claim of keeping the unit vacant for 24 hours. And lastly, don’t try to call, mgmt doesn’t bother to answer the phone if they are too busy.

Great huge spot close to the Mountain

We had a great stay and there is tons of room. It isn't the most modern or a TV in every room, but it is perfect for a getaway or a lodge that is close the mountain. Perfect for our use.
