Denna 2-sovrum plus loft / 2-bad, tre-nivå lägenhet ligger på Elkhorn golfbana och har sovrum och bad på lägsta nivå, vardagsrum, matsal och kök områden som ett stort rum med högt i tak på mellanplanet, och ett öppet loft ovanför vardagsrummet med trappsteg. Denna 1 700 kvadratmeter stora lägenhet rymmer upp till sju gäster och erbjuder privat trådlöst internet. Den här enheten har inte A / C.
Ett bekvämt vardagsrum har gott om sittplatser, en 32-tums TV / DVD och en spis med stengas. Genom en glidande glasdörr finns det stora däck, som inkluderar en Weber gasgrill och uteplatser för fyra för att njuta av utsikten över golfbanan.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Alpine did a very good job at showing what this property was. It’s a bit dated but beds were comfortable and everything was clean. I would say the owners should do a deep carpet clean but again, the price was right and the place was cozy. I wish it had a wood burning fireplace instead of gas.

Just what we needed

Great mountain condo

Loved the location and it was so nice to have a kitchen for the stay. Kids loved camping in the loft together! TV listed in the bedroom wasn't present. TV in the master is connected to dish network only. DVD player is dead, and the TV doesn't have anything but RCA connections so we ended up trying to stream movies after skiing on my laptop, which wasn't great. Could definitely use an upgrade there. I'd stay again in a moment though, was a great condo over all.

Horrible, horrible horrible!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was dingy, old and had carpet around the toilet. Carpet felt and looked filthy. The TV's were circa 1995 and the pans all were scratched Teflon.The furniture was also 1995 or older. In need up an update badly!! I highly recommend staying somewhere else.

Comfortable but the sidewalk is pretty scary

Some updating would be nice but otherwise it's very comfortable. The ice on the sidewalk and driveway are very dangerous and the HOA doesn't seem to pay attention to that

We love the location, layout, amenities... we’ve stayed in other units in Sunburst, and this one left a little to be desired. It’s pretty dated and well used. Also, there was a small ant problem and no plunger for the toilets.

Thanksgiving get-away

We had a great experience at this condo. It was comfortable and easily accessible. We were close to everything we wanted to do and far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. We will be booking this same unit again for our next trip to Sun Valley.

Not very clean or well maintained

The property is managed by Alpine Lodging, which does the bare minimum to maintain it. The decorum/quality furniture and bedding is that of a 2-star motel. Upon entering, we were greeted by a damp moldy smell of the bedrooms and large Argentinian ants crawling around. Traps were installed and promptly ignored by the insects. The dishwasher was leaking, the cheap detergent distributed by the management company was leaving thick film on dishes. No laundry detergent was to be found anywhere. No extra paper towels, no plastic or aluminum wrap (which is often provided in other vacation rentals). Gas for the grill ran out after one use; Alpine Lodging refused to restock because the decks were supposed to be remodelled, even though ours wasn't worked on that week. Oh and the loft gets way too hot to be usable on a warm summer day. Pick a different place if you have a choice.
